Hypnotherapy Psychotherapy Training Bright and Hove Hypnosis Courses and Psychotherapy Courses WELCOME! If you have reached a point in your life where you want to take a new career path, advance your people skills in the job you are in. Or help other people; then our Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy could be for you. We offer Hypnotherapy Training Courses and courses in counselling and psychotherapy. We dislike any sort of psychobabble so we aim to give clear understanding about how human beings work. And we believe that at the core of every individual is an innate ability to thrive and be happy. Our experiences, outlook and beliefs can be the determining factor in how we perceive events and subsequently behave in any situation. A shift in perception through new skills or a wider understanding can be all that is needed to shape a happier experience. We use and teach the best of well established hypnosis and solution focused therapy skills, coaching and emotional intelligence. And we embrace the latest advanced knowledge from Neuroscience NLP, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), quantum psychics and energy medicine. Check out the smiles from some of our students after their final exam. They all said the course has changed their life, here are just a few comments. “I wanted to train for a new career path as a therapist. I have had hypnotherapy a few times over the last 15 years and always found it to be a wonderful experience that has helped me enormously with various issues. I was told about Within Sight by my excellent hypnotherapist Mary, who I had seen for exam stress and then been on a life coaching course with, so I knew it came highly recommended. My experience with Within Sight has been absolutely brilliant. It has been a journey that has been amazing, life changing and positive and I feel as if I have blossomed and grown beyond all recognition. Not only have I noticed the differences but those around me have also noticed and benefited from the changes within. I feel like I have found my purpose in life! I can help others in the same way that I have been helped. I now have the innate understanding, skills and knowledge to help, not only myself but others with so many different issues. My intention is to practice as a therapist and teach people the tools and skills they need to move forward in their lives.” S Bowley

With over 25 years of experience in the fields of training and leadership development in both the retail and education sectors I know my stuff. My leadership career began when I worked for a bookshop chain in central London, working my way up to the role of store manager at branches in Baker Street, Earls Court and Holborn at the age of 20. This was followed by a period working as a training manager for Tesco at their first central London store on Oxford Street. My success in this role led to me being seconded to support the opening of Tesco’s flagship store in Kensington, where I helped to lead the recruitment and training of all new staff in preparation for the store’s launch. In 1999 I entered the education sector. I started as a volunteer in a pre-school, then secured a job as a Learning Support Assistant and eventually retrained as a class teacher. In my second year of teaching I took on a curriculum leadership role, which at the time was an unusual move for a new teacher. I’ve spent the last 19 years developing my career and I’m currently the headteacher of a primary school in south London. In 2014 I set up my own publishing company 9:10 Publishing. This was born out of an observation that there were very few books for young black people which were written from a black British perspective. Rather than rely on traditional publishing houses to take up my ideas, I looked into what was required to do it myself. As a result Letters to a Young Generation was born. The first book was aimed at boys and in 2016 I published another edition for girls. Visit the 9:10 Publishing website to find out more. I have a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University, where I am also a member of their Coaching and Mentoring Society. I’m a professional member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I write regularly for TES and have delivered training as part of Teach First’s NPQ programme.
