We aim to deliver high quality coaching aimed at primary schools and local communities across Devon. All of our coaches are highly qualified with a depth of experience in teaching and coaching. All of our coaches hold current DBS certificates and are qualified paediatric first aiders. We deliver planned sessions within the school curriculum so children can enjoy sport from all aspects. We want our students to learn and improve new skills in a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all. We provide PPA cover, lunch & after school clubs, evening clubs & holiday camps throughout the school holiday season. This allows children to undertake a range of sports and different activities in a pressure free and fun environment.

Bill is chairman of The Education Partnership, which has for the past twenty years provided a truly comprehensive range of governance and compliance expertise to schools, colleges, and outdoor education activity centres. He was previously a Head Teacher of all-age boarding and day schools in the maintained and independent sectors, including those for children with complex learning and behavioural needs. Bill works with proprietors and Head Teachers in preparation for and following up inspections by Ofsted (Education and Social Care) and ISI (Regulatory Compliance and Education Quality). His expertise in this area covers NMS, RSS, dual registration, initial registration, final registration and material change. Bill also works with schools judged as “inadequate” by Ofsted or “unsatisfactory” by ISI, helping them to achieve “good”, “outstanding” and “excellent” Ofsted or ISI outcomes. Bill is approached by an increasing number of proprietors, chairs of trustees and headteachers, who find themselves in challenging circumstances. This includes schools that have received a warning notice from the Department for Education due to their failure to meet the Independent School Standards Regulations (ISSR) and/or the National Minimum Standards (NMS) for boarding and residential special schools. Consistently, these schools see improvements at subsequent inspections. Currently, Bill is undertaking a longitudinal study of independent proprietorial schools, examining the governance implications of compliance and external inspection outcomes. To this end, we are looking for proprietorial schools in England for whom we could undertake a free of charge one-day compliance health check in return for participating in a confidential semi-structured interview on this subject at the end of the day. I'm passionate about children growing up feeling seen, heard and understood. Acceptance, belonging and connection in family life are so important. Over two decades of working with children, fostering and having my own birth children means I know this is easy to aspire to, but can be hard to achieve, especially if your child has different needs to others around you. My own journey into parenting was back to front – I was a foster carer for 7 years along with my husband, Steve. Our first “child” was 17 and our second was 14! These experiences plus having my own birth children who are now 6 and 8 have taught me there really is no one size fits all. We’ve had many moments feeling stuck, minunderstood, frustrated and exhausted over the years. In those challenging times having a safe space to talk, reflect, step back and access our expertise on our children has consistently made a huge difference to our experience of family life. When we had support as parents we were better able to support our children and family life was calmer and happier. It’s why doing this work matters so much to me. When I help you - your whole family will reap the benefit and you'll enjoy this precious time together so much more.
