After Art college my career began to take shape within the carpet industry in Durham, where I created exclusive designs for hotels, ships, leisure facilities and private individuals. A few years later I relocated to Yorkshire to join the studio of a large greetings card company, latterly Hallmark UK. Here I created artwork for cards, wrap and stationery products for major retailers such as John Lewis, Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer and WH Smith. I then went freelance eventually starting my own greetings card company. During this time I discovered my passion for painting landscapes and seascapes and now enjoy creating on a far larger scale. I have an impressionistic style and my paintings often described as having a sense of peace and tranquility. I am now based in a small harbour village in West Sussex, two miles from the beautiful West Wittering beach which is a great source of inspiration.

Our first trip was something that will forever stick with us. The anticipation as we threw off the bow lines. We were leaving a sheltered harbour, heading West to explore the Celtic Deep. To us a marine wilderness was within our reach. No way of knowing what we'd encounter, yet knowing that anything was possible. That's the spirit we want to keep at the heart of every expedition. So far so good. Our trips look to explore the islands and offshore habitats in the stretch of water between Wales and Ireland. It is home for some of the UK's largest and most iconic marine megafauna. Sharks, whales, super pods of dolphins, even giant bluefin tuna. It's all out there. To enter the clear water of the open ocean and observe blue sharks 30 miles from the Welsh coast is an exhilirating experience. We're passionate about sharing the wonders of our marine world and getting wet doing it. Celtic Deep is run by conservationists. Our aim is to collect information and pass on what we learn about the spectacular wildlife that pass through our waters so that decision makers can put right measures in place to protect it.

The attention to detail and the materials selected are intended to convey a concern for the participant and their pleasure in interacting with the artwork, both physically and conceptually.

Perfect Skin Solutions was founded by Dr. Dev Patel, our medical director, who was surprised by the lack of medical training some providers have, due to the limited regulations currently in place for treatments such as Botox® and Dermal Fillers. He has over 20 years of experience working in various specialities, during which he developed a particular interest in dermatology and minor/aesthetic surgery. Perfect Skin Solutions was born out of this interest, initially, only providing non-surgical solutions to prevent and treat the signs of ageing. With an ever-growing client base and remit of services, we made the inevitable move to our own clinic premises in Southsea, in June 2014. This allowed our Skin Clinic to merge with the highly successful Podiatry/Chiropody Service run by Nishal Patel. We strive to remain up-to-date with the latest advances in our fields and aim to reflect this in the treatment options we provide, whilst considering cost-effectiveness and clinical efficacy. From laser treatments for fungal nail infection to non-surgical facelifts with naturally-based hyaluronic acid, we believe that our passion for what we do allows us to stay ahead of the competition. Traveling to the Clinic By Rail: The nearest station is Fratton (on London Waterloo to Portsmouth Harbour route). After exiting the train, walk up the set of steps towards the front of the train. At top of the steps, turn RIGHT for taxis/Uber or turn LEFT if walking to the clinic (15-minute walk). By Car: There are variable parking restrictions around the clinic. However, there is currently free and unlimited parking in the nearby side roads till 1630 or 1730 (roads leading off Winter Rd opposite the clinic). If you are likely to be in clinic after that time, please use either the 1 hour (free) zone immediately in front of the clinic or for longer stays, the 3 hour (free) zone 2 parades north of the clinic (outside Q Build and David Antony). Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any parking fines and ask that you read any parking signs carefully to avoid receiving a parking ticket. Accommodation: There are numerous good value hotels within walking distance or short taxi ride.
