The MAMAWELL Method - on demand video workouts are perfect for staying strong and energised at home through pregnancy, post-birth and beyond. Club Mamawell is her new online fitness club for ALL women, comprising workouts, Pilates, mindfulness, recipes and more! A fitness professional with a dance background, Rosie's high energy post-natal bootcamps, Ballet classes and private sessions in SW London will motivate and inspire. A pre and post-natal exercise specialist who understands firsthand the changes that the body goes through in childbirth, Rosie will guide you towards your fitness goals with patience, expertise and passion. IMG_0666.jpg ABOUT ROSIE I trained in London as a dancer and subsequently performed, taught and choreographed shows in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia and the USA. Whilst living in New York I developed my passion for fitness by qualifying as a Personal Trainer and choosing to specialise in pre and post-natal fitness, working at the exclusive Equinox Gym. Alongside caring for my daughters, I aim to empower women to use their bodies to give them strength and energy throughout their pregnancy and childbirth. In the postpartum period I educate women on the changes their bodies have gone through, how to safely exercise, and encourage them to find confidence and balance in this mentally and physically challenging time. Performance is a product of consistent professional training. At EPiC, we have been helping to mould lifestyles and sculpt our members into the best versions of theirselves for years. The EPiC community is a model that has been built around the successes of our coaches, who act as walking examples to how implementing the EPiC way into their lives can draw out the positives in almost any situation. Our coaches have helped thousands of people to develop their own lives by simply following the examples that are set in our classes, our everyday lives and share the success in sport martial art competitions. We have used every setback along the way to come back stronger and in 2019 we opened two fantastic full-time training facilities. Our centre of excellence in Bradley Stoke, Bristol and our state-of-the-art EPiC Gym in Portishead, North Somerset. With just a 15-minute drive separating these two facilities, we have the same core staff working across both centres so that everyone gets a chance to learn from our incredibly experienced and inspirational team. In terms of Martial Arts we have a whole host of World, European and British champions and we have a host of wealth of knowledge in terms of the skills our coaching team have amassed. These include Karate, Kickboxing, Boxing, Kung Fu, Krav Maga, Eskrima and Jiu Jitsu. However, through my personal experience I endeavour to show my clients that it is possible to have the physique and level of fitness that you wish through sheer determination and an exercise regime tailored to your needs which I can offer you. No matter what your starting point any goal is always achievable. I studied at YMCA fit in Central London; one of the UK’s leading training establishments.
