Welcome to Caleidoscope! We look forward to supporting you! Caleidoscope is a non for profit oranisation supporting families with autistic children and professionals who support autistic individuals. We promote equality and inclusion and break the stigma of autism through training for parents/ carers and professionals and events for autistic children. The founder and director is Aleksandra Malanska, a qualified teacher, autism consultant, mindfulness practitioner and trainer, with 25 years of experience in education including SEN. Aleksandra completed post graduate studies in Autism and is trained in various interventions including LEGO Therapy, Mindfulness, Low Arousal Approach,Therapeutic Art, Intensive Interaction that she individualises to an autistic person. She is also Mental Health First Aider and a certified Mindfulness Teacher. She strongly believes that raising awareness and education can change people's attitudes and approach and passionately deliveres training for parents and professionals.

Chris is a well-known author and lecturer in the solar thermal and photovoltaic industries and trainer in solar simulation software. He is a Fellow (FCIPHE) of The Chartered Institute of Plumbing & Heating Engineering and previous Chair of the National Standards Committee for Solar Heating at BSI. He regularly represented UK at attends CEN/CENLEC & ISO technical meetings around the world. He has sat on the MCS steering group and working groups and has been a MCS inspector. He has previously worked with the Berlin-based Renewable Energy Academy (RENAC) in the Middle-East and has been leader of the Centre for Alternative Technology's Graduate School of the Environment (GSE) solar and wood-heating courses. Recently he has given public talks for the Institute of Directors and commercial events around the country. He is an enthusiastic singer in his spare time.
