In 2012 Phil Robson embarked upon the task of creating a junior academy at The
Drift Golf Club and has since formed Surrey Junior Golf. Phil has worked at The
Drift Golf Club since 2007 as a PGA Professional. The vision of setting up a
junior academy with over 250 children enrolled has been a great success. To
progress this further we are introducing golf into schools across Surrey and
also aim to continue growth among the academy here at The Drift Golf Club
