Health Rediscovered, a multi-disciplinary natural health clinic, was opened in
2014 by Paula Wilson-Young, (acupuncturist). Her vision was (and still is) to
offer natural, evidence-based therapies in a safe, inclusive environment to help
folks to restore their vitality ā to rediscover their health. The therapies
available to book: acupuncture, sports and remedial massage, abdominal(hara)
massage, cupping (dry), reflexology, pregnancy massage, cosmetic acupuncture,
Swedish massage and coaching and mentoring.
