gemma noble yoga
Yoga was my lifebelt when I hit burn out in a spectacularly messy way, having
lost all semblance of being kind to myself and too busy, being busy, to pay any
heed to what my body was telling me. I joined under doctors orders, convinced
that the doc was wrong, but was soon spending 10 hrs a week, exploring hatha,
yin, flow and breathing practise, until one day I looked back and didn’t wholly
recognise the person I had been before. Instead of asking myself how I had
worked that much, I was now asking why.
