minime mindfulness
MiniMe Mindfulness® is mindset coaching for kids (3-11yrs) - supporting
children, parents, teachers and schools. Mindfulness and mindset techniques
encourage a way of thinking and ‘being’ that can hugely benefit us in so many
ways. We include straightforward concepts that can be taught to, and practiced
by, children from an early age. The ability to be fully present and engaged with
whatever we’re doing, operating in ‘the moment’ to reduce stress and anxiety and
increase happiness, focus and mental wellbeing. We can help to clear away the
mental chatter to make way for creative thinking. Our processes help children
feel relaxed to encourage inspired thoughts. This can generate calm and
excitement, which increases motivation and productivity. Opening up channels of
communication to share thoughts and feelings also enables emotional support and
personal growth. We have designed and practiced processes that we’re sharing via
MiniMe Mindfulness® which include simple daily habits to help manage, encourage
and transform the mind.
