The Academy stems from his desire to teach and help young footballers and is
named after his father Jean Thomas Lemo. The coaches he employs as part of the
academy share the same values and are committed to helping the children improve
their football skills. They are all UEFA qualified, have a safeguarding
certificate and are all DBS checked.
