Body-Health Fitness Camp is a friendly, results-driven group training program
with an extremely individual personal touch. We work with like minded people
that want to burn off their body fat whilst gaining strength, fitness and better
movement into their everyday lives. All whilst having fun at our constantly
varied fitness camp. Most importantly to us, ALL fitness levels are welcome. We
