With several years' experience, we have a wealth of knowledge as well as a new and modern range of equipment to help you achieve your goals. We aim to help you on a journey to not only transform your body but also your mindset and outlook. We can coach and guide not only your physical progress but also your relationship with food.
Our DMAF program gives our students a unique mix of Kickboxing and Freestyle Karate. Our goal is to increase the confidence and life skills of all students, with lots of fun along the way!

Increasing Numbers In Mr Hector’s Family & Little Dragons Classes Has Pushed Him To Expand Matrix Martial Arts – West Leicester In to 5 Locations In The Leicester LE3 Area. Including Opening Specific Adults Only Martial Arts Classes As Well As The Brand New Womens MA Fitness Program.
