I am very proud that visitors regularly comment on our ethos, the conduct and
very positive attitude to learning of the students. The staff are superb and
completely committed to supporting all the students in both their academic and
social development. I have had the pleasure of working closely with our Primary
partner schools enabling students to make the transition to Chelmer in a
seamless manner. We are rich in a research culture and the effective sharing of
good practice both within the school and across other schools. The underlying
ethos of the school is enable all young people to access an education that is
appropriate, inspiring, challenging and broad.
