Magda started her career as a recruiter, and has been working in HR in the UK
for 7 years. She worked with investment banks and funds and IT companies. Human
resources psychology is her passion, and since 2018 she has been learning about
career path planning and learning & development for staff for small and medium
businesses. Magda believes that every person has an unlimited potential and
deserves to have access to knowledge and tools that will help develop that
potential. In the organisation she is responsible for workshops and
consultations focused on employability skills and professional development.
