Pause & Breathe CIC is a wellbeing not-for-profit organisation. It’s run by
husband and wife team Susie Hooper & Phil Blackburn. Pause & Breathe has been
running since 2017 and in 2020 they registered as a Community Interest Company,
to further their aim of making wellbeing as accessible as possible.
