If sitting in a room with a trainer and having the opportunity for discussion with other learners sounds good to you then we can offer this. Browncross Healthcare Limited is an independent healthcare training and employment organisation. We provide comprehensive gateway, healthcare training to future health and social care workers as well as helping them with job search following their training. We also provide in conjunction with our partners, access to funded National Vocational Qualification in Health and Social Care to healthcare assistants. We organise practical/work placements in good healthcare homes for prospective students and staff during their training. We liaise with home managers to arrange a suitable time for when your NVQ assessor can assess you at work. Our registered nurses of different specialties would have been thoroughly vetted against the Nurses and Midwifery Council register. They would have provided satisfactory references from their employers and would have undergone our rigorous registration process. We are an umbrella body with the criminal records bureau and therefore able to assist other organisations to apply for DBS for their staff. We provide continuous developmental courses for interested participants, in order to improve their healthcare knowledge and meet their statutory obligations. Our registered nurses are regularly encouraged to update themselves by attending continuous developmental courses such as: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, Principles of Moving and Handling, Infection Control, Pressure Sore Management amongst others.
