..a garden that always looks good, even from your window? ..flowers but would like to learn to arrange them better? In 2015 we began The Crafty Gardeners flower and garden school. Both myself, and my dear friend Michelle Wake who sadly passed away in 2020, are award winning garden designers. We always dreamed of creating workshops that offered people a way of expressing their creativity and love of nature’s beauty, both outside or inside their home. And with The Crafty Gardeners we could share our expertise, along with plenty of clever tips on making gardens look amazing or turning a bunch of flowers into a fantastic floral arrangement to appreciate at home. Our garden design workshops cover everything from knowing which are bomb proof plants and how to create beautiful borders to making the most of your garden with the best layout. The flower arranging workshops teach you the techniques a florist would use to make beautiful bouquets or wonderful displays and Christmas wreaths. What better way to feel creative than by being in some of the most inspiring places in the South West such as Bowood House and Gardens , Westonbirt Arboretum and The Walled Garden at Mells. And you’ll have plenty of time to explore them afterwards as our Workshops are half day or short full days – perfect for fitting around our busy lives. Everything for your chosen workshop is included, such as a drawing kit or flowers, foliage and equipment. Suitable for all levels of experience, simply join me and a maximum of 10 others, where I’ll first show you what to do before you have a go yourself, giving you all the time and space to let your creativity grow.

Hi, my name is Rhonda and I am the founder of MyNuMe Ltd. In my mid 40’s I started experiencing changes mentally and physically that I couldn’t really understand. At the time I was a Top Consultant for one of UK’s leading weight loss organisation’s, having this experience I thought I had a sound knowledge of how to look after myself. However, as time went by, I didn’t seem to be in control of the changes happening to me, I was gaining weight particularly around my tummy and nothing was working anymore, also for the first time in my life I was experiencing anxiety and unusual low moods, irrational mood swings and heart palpitations. I visited my GP who ran blood tests, which came back normal so was prescribed anti-depressants and beta blockers!!!! This medication made me feel so poorly, I felt increasingly worse and had very little medical explanation as to why, so this is where my self-study started, and I soon learnt I had started perimenopause; I had no idea – I had heard about hot flashes/flushes, but I had no knowledge of all the other 60+ symptoms or the stages of menopause. With this fresh and cathartic education, I embarked on a more holistic approach towards my health and wellbeing. During my mission to support myself, I studied Menopause, Nutrition, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Wellbeing, Behaviour Change and Meditation and became passionate about sharing my knowledge. As an accredited Coach in all the above, I have developed my skills, supporting women to understand the nutritional, mental and physical components of all the stages of Menopause and how to become healthier and happier in this liberating, second spring in a women’s life.

Glasgow

We provide a range of in-house courses in aesthetic medical practice for registered doctors, dentist and nurses as well as hosting reputable guest courses from external providers. Whether you are just starting out in your aesthetic medical career or you are an experienced practitioner, our training courses are designed with your needs in mind. Our emphasis on facial anatomy and hands-on training means you will get the best chance of moving forward to confidently grow your practice. At the Aesthetic Training Academy, we don’t believe in a paint by numbers approach to injecting. We are passionate in providing our delegates with an understanding on how facial features interact with one another to allow you to treat each of your patients on an individual basis. The Aesthetic Training Academy is the first and only training academy registered with Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS). We are working together with HIS to improve standards and provide better quality care within aesthetic medicine. Getting Started in Aesthetic Medicine We recommend if you are new to aesthetic medicine you begin with our Getting Started in Aesthetic Medicine course. This is a 2-day course in which we spend one full day covering Botulinum Toxin treatments to the forehead, frown and crows feet areas and a second-day covering dermal filler enhancement of lips and reduction of nasolabial and mesolabial folds with dermal filler. We believe a 1-day fast track course simply does not give delegates enough time to feel confident in performing these aesthetic procedures otherwise. We are aware that it may have been some time since delegates have studied facial anatomy and physiology so we spend a portion of the day recapping this too and can recommend pre-course reading materials. Facial assessment is a key section of all of our training courses.

Kiddibops is proud to introduce our highly skilled and committed team. Each one of us is a qualified teacher with (QTS) and a professional early years music specialist. We are all musicians and are passionate about music education. We dedicate ourselves to delivering the best quality music-play classes that nurture musicianship, creativity and confidence in the youngest of children. The Kiddibops team, with the help of their assistant Bramble Bunny, use singing, rhymes, movement, child led music-play, free-flow and directed instrument play in all Kiddibops sessions. Kiddibops classes include a variety of activities that use music from different times, genres and cultures. Our sessions are sensory, but not over-stimulating. We only use simple songs to allow children to develop them at home in their private play, thus supporting deeper learning and transformative skills. All sessions have a clear structure to ensure little ones feel safe and confident so they get the most out of their experience. We are all about building genuine relationships with our children and respecting them as articulate musical beings. Rachel and the team keep up to date with new research relating to music-play, music practice and early learning development. Kiddibops is passionate about using music to develop social interaction and communication skills and delivers bespoke intervention sessions to support children with SEN. Music is a significantly important tool in connecting with children who are non or pre-verbal and allows children with limited speech and language skills a way to communicate and express themselves using music as a protolanguage. Kiddibops is also a Dementia Friend and runs popular and successful Intergenerational Music Classes in local residential homes to support well-being and cognition in dementia patients. These classes also encourage the growth of beautiful relationships between residents and local families.

Fort Pitt is a selective girls’ grammar school steeped in tradition but with a modern outlook. We are a vibrant, diverse and happy school, with high expectations and great ambitions for every one of our students. However, now, more than ever this needs to be balanced with ensuring the well-being of our students. As such our pastoral care is first-class and students feel supported and cared for. We recognise that each child is unique and want them to know they are loved and valued. They are our greatest asset and they are supported by a team of staff dedicated to motivating, guiding and challenging each one of them to be the best they can be. We believe that working closely with parents is essential if we are to be the best school possible for every child in our care. Our aim is a very simple one; every student at Fort Pitt should receive a better educational experience than they would if they attended any other school. Each child gets one chance at their education, and our role is to ensure that everyone in our school community can grow and flourish, and make the most of their innate ability. We want every student to appreciate that making mistakes and taking risks are part of learning, and that with determination and courage, challenges can be overcome. The culture and ethos of the school is underpinned by our Fort Pitt values of Respect, Success, Aspiration, Resilience and Collaboration. Our website will only give you a little flavour as to what Fort Pitt is all about, but it gives a good indication. To fully appreciate all we have to offer, please do visit us and ask our fantastic students and staff any questions; they’ll be more than happy to help.

I’ve been on a Hero’s Journey since 2014. What that means is I’ve been questioning the nature of my reality and diving into existential crises. I have phases of feeling super alive and aligned! And other times, I feel super confused, vulnerable and afraid. The expansion and contraction. The death and the rebirth. Over and over. Just riding those waves of personal transformation and evolution - which I think we can all agree have really heated up since 2020! I’m not shy from making big bold moves. From sacking off a successful corporate career in 2019 to work for myself in the personal development space, to reconnecting with my estranged dad after 17 years apart and also getting divorced. I am doing The Work, and am a student of Hermetic Laws. And my external world continues to change as my internal world. As above, so below. As within, so without. My path is my work and my work is my path. I love snakes and have a companion snake, Marmalade, who’s been with me since 2007. She’s a constant reminder to keep moving - the law of vibration - and that it’s ok to keep shedding and letting go as we move through life. Oh and I’m a massive water baby. I love being in cold water, whether that’s rivers, lakes, loches or the sea! And I love trees! My feet are often dirty from walking barefoot so much. I am gradually rewilding this animal body, and listening deeply to her needs. There is so much wisdom in this body,. You can join me on this adventure! I work with people in a variety of ways. I typically work with other space holders - coaches, breathworkers, therapists - to support their mindset and business practices. I offer group coaching and 1:1 sessions.
