My mission is to help you feel better, happier and more fulfilled in life. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been trying to help people feel better. My dad died when my brother and I were both very small, and I somehow acquired the role of ‘family fixer’. I trod carefully so no one got upset, I kept the peace and was always polite, always smiling. All these years later, and my greatest desire is still to help people get past whatever is painful in their lives. But I now understand the importance of looking after myself too, so that I can be as supportive and as strong as my clients need me to be.

Our sessions include lots of spontaneity and we frequently give fun surprise activities. Although this approach suits most children, we have found those who require a lot of structure and predictability and/or have sensory sensitivities (e.g. they struggle with loud sounds and lots of visual stimulation) may not benefit from our unique style. Please be aware of this when enquiring as we will recommend another more suitable tutor if we feel we are not the best fit for your child.

After leaving school, I took up a career as a Quantity Surveyor, but turned to holistic therapies when I became pregnant with my second daughter. I decided to hang up my hard hat and rigger boots and concentrate on cards, crystals and therapies which would improve our way of living. I have two beautiful daughters who have both benefitted greatly from my involvement in holistic therapies. Our family life too, has become less stressful and we are more mindful of each other, in a way I could never have imagined. I have undertaken a lot of training and gained the following certificated qualifications: HypnoBirthing HypnoMothering Baby Massage Baby Yoga Meditation Reiki Crystal Therapy Angelic Reiki Angel and Tarot Cards I feel truly blessed that I have found my 'gift' and look forward to sharing my experiences. Hello! I'm Angie and I'm the Director of AE Dance + Fitness. Since 2017, I've been teaching and building dance classes across Bristol to get as many people FEELING GOOD as possible through movement. What started as 2 Lyrical Contemporary classes at Hamilton House on a Friday night quickly grew to a Bristol's most energising and welcoming dance community! We offer a huge range of classes from Ballet Barre Fitness to Commercial Latin, all taught by Bristol's loveliest, most supportive, most INSANELY talented dance teachers! And in January 2022 we decided to take that feel-good energy of our adult dance classes and channeled it into classes for kids to! Whether you're brand new to dance classes or have been movin' & groovin' since you were 4, our goal is always the same. We want to make good people feel great so that can do amazing things! We create an environment where everyone feels comfortable as soon as they step foot in the class. And we make sure everyone leaves with a smile on their face and a spring in their step. Our teaching style is supportive, upbeat and motivating. And our class vibe is chatty, welcoming and energising!
