We offer holistic therapy courses and qualifications through the International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies and International Institute of Sports Therapists, accredited by Vocational Training Charitable Trust. The group size is kept below ten in order to keep the course informal & friendly and ensure individual attention. We also offer holistic therapy treatments to the public by qualified staff at the Manchester Therapy Centre. We offer work experience to students who have qualified. LOCATION AND MAP The school is small and independent. It is centrally located with free car parking and easy access by bus or train. There is no danger of ending up with a worthless certificate from an ‘in school exam’ or through an independent examining body. Vocational Training Charitable Trust was the first awarding body in the country to offer holistic therapy qualifications. VTCT awards are operated under a rigorous procedure of assessment and verification in accordance with NVQ rules. International Institute of Health & Holistic Therapies was created to offer qualifications in Aromatherapy & Reflexology. It has now expanded into holistic massage and other areas of holistic therapy requiring international qualifications.

Internationally acclaimed aesthetics trainer Dr Ivona Igerc will oversea each training session benefitting each participant with her in-depth knowledge of facial structure. The Academy of Face Design offers CPD accredited foundation and advanced training in facial aesthetics for medical and dental professionals. Our hands-on courses will equip you with knowledge and skills for a successful aesthetic practice. All participants are trained by an expert trainer with international experience, Dr Ivona Igerc. By the end of the course you will have knowledge and skills to start administering Botulinum toxin type A and dermal fillers and will have access to post-course support and consultation for up to six months following the course.

The school was set up by myself to provide training for those with a passion for holistic therapies without the need to travel out with the area. I began my career in 1998 in my hometown of Glasgow where I achieved my Diploma in Professional Clinical Aromatherapy. I moved to the Highlands in 2001 where I continued to study various therapies. My passion for helping others through my therapies has taken me as far afield as the Wat Po Medical School in Bangkok, Thailand, where I studied and trained in Thai Massage. I see my clients at The Aroma Touch in Inverness where I provide the following treatments: Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Fertility Reflexology, Pregnancy Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Traditional Thai Foot Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Thai Compress Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Advanced and Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Natural Lift Facial Massage/Facial Rejuvenation, Chair/Seated Acupressure On Site Massage, Thai Traditional Massage, Emotional Freedom Technique, Oncology Massage, Foot Reading and Reiki.
