Imeta Training was incorporated in 2018 to support organisations in IT Services
and technical management. We worked with global partners to provide IT technical
support with Business Services, Server Maintenance and a complete outsource
solution for security and compliance. We recognised a fast pace of
solution-based packages which was a rapid shift into a new arena which is as
follows: Organisations and many from the Digital Tech industry struggle to find
skilled individuals in the above. The Covid pandemic created a greater shift to
rely on IT Cloud solutions and more than 95% of staff working remotely, this
created the ‘Digital Skills Gap’ or as some say the digital divide.
