Trust Training Limited (TTL) is a leading firm specialising in the provision of Training, Workshops and other Capacity Building Services aimed mainly at supporting Donor Funded Projects with specific reference to their design, objectives and guidelines. Since 2013 that we have been in existence, we have built deeper understanding of the requirements of these interventions and how these shape project delivery expectations and hence training. Our Trainings/Workshops are deeply committed to knowledge and skills transfer. These we achieve by offering both client specific and general programmes aimed at equipping all levels of staff with relevant and practical skills Our Philosophy is to make available especially to the donor funded project community, knowledge and competence that largely exist within that larger environment in one way or the other but have become inaccessible or unavailable to some membership of that community by design or circumstance. The Trainings/Workshops bring together the Project Coordinating Units; the Beneficiary/Implementing Agencies and the Sector Agencies for “Competence& Skills Transfer” or “Capacity Building& Development” (CPD). Over the years, our Training & Workshop Business has focused on specific “Knowledge Areas” and “Markets”, hence our slogan – “Building Capacity in Donor Funded Projects”. Overtime, our engagements have evolved into what we now refer to as “SOLUTIONS BASED WORKSHOPS”. In that, we attempt to provide solutions, to the challenges faced by our clients, through Training & Workshop rather than Consulting. This has made our engagements “Tailored” or “Customised” to the client’s project, circumstances and needs. It tends to take more of a “Workshop” format than “Training” by the end of which, Knowledge and Competences are shared and gained. Participants tend to leave with some sort of “OUTLINE PLAN / FRAMEWORK” at least mentally, for the solution of their recognised needs.

Football DNA was started in 2018 by football professionals Stewart England & Jimmy Walker with the ambition to support football coaches and players with an outstanding platform for them to access. Stewart & Jimmy are obsessed with football and helping develop all ages and levels throughout the beautiful game. At the they highlighted that many coaches struggled to plan and develop their own football coaching practices and sessions. Being involved in the professional game and drawing upon personal experiences they started to create and build a library of video coaching content that could really benefit coaches at all levels of the game. The platform gives coaches access to hundreds of coaching practices and full sessions on video that are perfect for grassroots football coaching and up to the elite levels of the game from U5 – Adults. Not only do coaches get unlimited access to the existing library, brand new content is added each week to help keeping coaching sessions fresh and exciting. The practices and sessions have been created and developed by a range of top quality professional coaches working at the highest levels of the game from first team to academy age groups. Our range of coaches include Celtic FC 1st Team Coach Gavin Strachan, Crystal Palace 1st Team Coach Shaun Derry, West Ham Academy Coach Ross Brooks. From this initial idea, the Football DNA platform expanded to providing content for players to develop their skills using the Individual Skills Program. The ISP is an interactive learning tool for players to challenge themselves and progress through different skill levels in their own environment. Adding to this are specialist sport science and nutrition areas. Players can access gym programs and pitch-based sessions from top level coaches involved in the professional game.

Chrysalis Craft Coventry CIC was founded in March 2020 in response to the urgent unmet needs of BAME and migrant communities who were disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The lockdown has challenged the mental health and wellbeing of everyone, more so for asylum seekers, refugees and migrants in our communities. Many have experienced unimaginable trauma and have seen major disruptions in their life already. The pandemic has amplified further the existing mental health problems. Often left in limbo, not able to take on higher education studies and not allowed to work (with many refugees under or unemployed) and likely to face loneliness or worse, direct discrimination, within their new communities. Chrysalis Craft Coventry CIC run sessions and activities to help with healing, using art and different artistic methods for wellbeing. The aim is to build self-esteem and friendship through artistic techniques, using art to work against loneliness as a result of language, cultural and ability barriers. The social enterprise supports people from a variety of different backgrounds, focussing on disadvantaged adult women immigrants, refugees and asylum seekers. Focusing on women who came to Coventry and the surrounding area recently, and those who have been here for a long time, but who have experienced barriers to integration. Local authority, NHS and charities working with migrants’ commission and refer people onto in-person and online workshops. Grant funding supports materials and content development. Over the short period of the start-up, Chrysalis Craft Coventry CIC supported thousands of individuals suffering from loneliness, domestic abuse, stress, anxiety, depression, homesickness and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder because of life experiences with positive results. During the pandemic the workshops have proven invaluable, acting as a safe environment and an information and signposting service. Directing people to urgently needed services they could not reach due to language barrier or stigma caused by misinformation.

These efforts are supported by a small team of resources based in New York, Hong Kong and London. FIX Trading Community was previously known as FIX Protocol Ltd (and this remains its full legal entity name). For Every Cloud was established by Donna Vale in 2013, a creative venue based in Langport, a small town in the heart of the Somerset levels. Having graduated with a first class honors degree in art and textiles I wanted to create a space where people can learn, have fun, relax and make friends, this is really important but I also wanted an environment where visitors wouldn’t feel overwhelmed. My business mission statement ‘where friendship and creativity meet’ sums up the ethos of what we do at For Every Cloud. A shop and gallery stocking local art and craft features alongside my own. Workshops are held in the gallery space and studio, which is also used to teach screen printing. Both spaces can be hired by tutors and artists alike utilising their skills to teach popular classes such as needle felting. The workshop list is varied and attracts people from as far as London, France and Denmark who come with friends and family to stay in this beautiful part of the country, booking days to make and take… and of course have tea and cake. From experimental textiles to bookbinding, etching with Perspex to calligraphy, there is something here for everyone. I work alongside local B&B’s and cafes to provide an all round experience, offering bespoke events for hen parties, corporate functions and children’s birthdays and more recently, a summer school for adults. As well as workshops I create bespoke calligraphy and stationery for weddings, sublimation printing for personalised gifts. A signmaking service is also available for all your business and personal needs.
