You don't have to be artistic, all you need is some imagination and we have all the tools to bring your ideas to life. We have a huge range of bisque and coloured glazes for you to create your own master pieces and our relaxing environment allows you to simply time out from your busy schedule and enjoy yourself. At Little Willows we’re passionate about creating beautiful hand painted ceramics, wooden keepsake boxes and baby hand & foot prints (paw prints too!) that you can treasure forever. We love to hold workshops, clubs and camps too. As well as our wide range of events like pottery parties, adult evenings and drop in sessions too! We offer Kiteboaridng and Wing Foiling lessons starting in November as soon as the north winds start in La Ventana. After the winter season we move up to Canada and teach on the beautiful Nitinat Lake located on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. 1-ON-1 PRIVATE LESSONS If you are serious about learning how to kiteboard then this is the way to go. Once your ground training is done it will be just your and your instructor armed with a seadoo, right next to you and ready to help. Best instruction and safest lessons that are available. WATERCRAFT ASSISTED Your IKO Certified Instructor will be coaching you, re-assuring you and keeping you safe all while being close enough to talk to you. You will get immediate feedback for optimal learning as well as boosted confidence with your instructor being your eyes and ears as you get better. CUSTOM LEARNING Our reputation has been built on our values, to teach each student independently giving them the opportunity to learn at their own pace. At SlamFresh, we believe poetry can make a big difference to young people’s lives. But the need to create a nurturing and supportive environment in which to write has never been greater. Although the popularity of the art form, particularly spoken word, continues to grow on an unprecedented scale, last year, for the first time in our country’s history, poetry was nearly made an optional GCSE subject. As well as this, the recent closure of schools has meant that young people from lower economic backgrounds have been put at an even greater disadvantage than they already were. Cut off from schools, many of these young people simply have not had the space or resources to access creative opportunities, at a time when they need them more than ever. SlamFresh is a CIC based in the Newcastle upon Tyne which aims to address these problems. We run workshops that focus on the contemporary styles of spoken word and slam poetry, styles of writing which we have found can engage some of the most reluctant students. SlamFresh work in partnership with schools and community centres to mentor young people in writing, editing and performance. We have 3 company directors, Rowan McCabe, Michael MacDonald and Jeff Price. Rowan McCabe and Michael MacDonald (stage name Donald Jenkins) also serve as the two primary facilitators for the workshops, although guests may be brought in on a freelance basis where required. The directors met through their work as professional poets. Collectively, they have spent over 40 years working with children and young people.
