All our prices (except Leadership and Management programmes) show daily rates based on groups of 9 -12 people from your organisation. An exception to this total number is for one of our Train the Trainer courses, which has a maximum of six seats.  LaPD Solutions is committed to helping large, small, public, or private organisations develop their people to perform at their best and feel valued and supported. Our classes are great for building confidence, making new friends and of course, promoting health and well-being through physical exercise whilst having fun!
