We provide Ballroom and Latin-American dancing instruction for everyone from beginners and improvers, to more advanced dancers. Our aim is to make dancing fun, in a sociable and friendly environment. We help people to become good dancers by focusing on correct technique, whether they are part of a social dance class or want to progress through Medal Tests. In addition to Ballroom and Latin American, we can teach a range of different dance styles including; Argentine Tango, Rock n Roll, Mambo, Salsa, Bossa Nova, Charleston, American Smooth and Modern Sequence. Whatever your dancing needs, we are sure we will be able to meet your requirements. We can provide choreography and training for your wedding dance or other special occasion. We arrange regular practice sessions and dances, as well as group outings to other dance events. We also organise dance weekends. These are a great way for people to meet and share their enjoyment of dancing with others. Our teachers have many years’ experience as dance instructors and are qualified with ISTD and IDTA.

Oxford Ceramics Gallery is an independent gallery specialising in the exhibition and sale of modern and contemporary studio ceramics. We work with both UK and international artists across generations with a particular focus on British, Danish and Japanese work. Established by James Fordham and his partner Rachel Ackland in 2006, the gallery has been in its current Walton Street home in Jericho in central Oxford since 2011. The business was born of a genuine passion for the art of ceramics (James has been an active collector since the age of 12!) and is underpinned by an active programme of one person and thematic shows in our well-designed, intimate viewing environment in Oxford supported by occasional external presence at leading art fairs such as Collect. James is delighted to be able to act as a special advisor to a growing number of private individuals who are looking to develop or re-shape their studio ceramic collections and the gallery regularly place works in leading museums including, in recent months, the V & A Museum, London; Ashmolean Museum, Oxford and Hepworth Gallery, Wakefield.

Our mission at Qurious Education is to provoke curiosity in students toward their studies – to help them learn better through motivation, whilst coping with grades and expectations. We do this in a variety of ways: from providing practical but interesting resources on our site, to offering private tuition and admissions advice to fund our mission. Streaming free live classes is our newest initiative, where we aim to promote learning in an environment outside of the traditional classroom. After an 8-year career in marketing, I decided that I didn’t really want to do that any more. So, I did a part-time MSc in Nutrition, Physical Activity & Public Health at the University of Bristol, qualified as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, then quit my job and started my own business (a very succinct summary making it sound way more straight forward than it was). I have the enormous privilege of living on a beautiful farm in South Oxfordshire with my husband, Andy and our “little ones”, Geoffrey (dog) and Rupert (cat). Living on the farm, I have all the space anyone could need to keep active. I never really loved the gym environment and always found the regimented, rep counting, calorie tracking, muscle building approach to exercise very unnecessary. I feel best when I’m outdoors, being active in anyway that I fancy. I love strength training, but I quickly figured out that you don’t need machines in a gym to be able to do this. You just need to lift heavy things… and there are plenty of heavy things lying around the farm.

Our specialist school and children's home in Oxford is for children and young people aged between 8 and 19 with autism and severe learning difficulties who benefit from an autism specific environment.
