We’re Antoaneta (Toni) Tsocheva and Dayana Nikolova – Bulgarian born and raised health and wellness enthusiasts. We’re also business leaders, heads of our respective companies and fervent believers in a greened future for our world! We’ve come a long way since first arriving in London all those years ago, and the journey was well worth it! We’ve learned a lot – both about ourselves and about the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle. Being the head of a London cleaning company means learning the ins and outs of the entire cleaning process – research the methodologies and looking into the various cleaning solutions, used within the field. Reading up on the dangerous side-effects of most detergents sparked Antoaneta’s interest and she began researching different approaches to commercial cleaning. There simply had to be a way to get good results without putting the employees or clients in danger of chemical exposure. Eventually, one thing led to another, and she realized she was no longer interested in the subject merely from a professional standpoint. It was no longer just about efficiency and work ethics. She had discovered her passion. She began looking for ways to not only stay safe but also protect the environment and those close to her.

I am a proud mother of 5 children. I am the founder of Childcare Solution, a quality childcare provider which was established in 2006. Family has always been extremely important to me being brought up in a family of five; My mum, dad and two brothers. As the eldest sibling I remember organising games and activities for my brothers to take part in. I remember organising races with other children who lived on our streets and even initiating small trips to the local marshes and swimming pool. From what I remember Our family extended to that of our neighbours and local community. We were a street of many nations; Irish, Dominican, Pakistani, Ghanaian, Caribbean and English. We shared our various cultures with each other, with music, celebrations and of course food. But the main highlight was, us the children playing together. We valued our similarities and appreciated our differences. We had the freedom to explore, experiment and challenge, even if it meant learning through painful mistakes. I went on to have a family of my own and after working at several childcare facilities it meant everything to me to provide a space for my children and for every child to create many positive memories. It was important that they could call their play environment their own. That they too could feel safe: to play, grow and make mistakes.

Exhibitions... The Art of Grieving exhibitions enable artists working in any medium to share work related to this issue. This coming together of artist and audience generates new and important human connections around a shared desire to explore the subject of grief and loss. Workshops... The Art of Grieving workshops offer the opportunity to come to a supportive environment to learn new art techniques and create a piece of work either in memory of a loved one, or in contemplation of a loss. The first workshops were held in September/October 2018 and proved to be a great success. Sadly, Covid-19 prevented the workshops planned for Autumn 2020 from going ahead. Shared creativity... The sharing of artwork with an audience can be a valuable part of the bereavement process and encourages communication with those impacted by their work. However, the Art of Grieving is not just for artists. The aim of our exhibitions and workshops is to spark conversation and encourage openness; we hope those who attend will reflect on the creative works and be empowered to speak to others about their thoughts and experiences.

Touch Typing is an essential life skill and we find that children who learn accurately to literally type without looking at their fingers, will save time in producing homework and in exams etc. As experienced Specialist Teachers, we are able to effectively differentiate and individualise touch typing challenges so that all students achieve their potential. Multi-sensory learning, through games and incentives, create a brilliantly fun atmosphere in which children aged 7 upwards, thrive! We have children who want to learn good basic typing skills and those who need this skill in order to type for GCSEs, and A Level exams. Note taking, punctuation skills and real time typing under pressure are also explored with the advanced students. An encouraging, motivating and uplifting environment is created in which children of all learning abilities thrive. We specialise in helping children with dyslexia, dyspraxia, dysgraphia and hypermobility as well as for those just want to learn it as a life skill, or for application towards the skill section of the DofE levels.
