About us Apprenticeships and Training Services Consortium Ltd (ATSCL) is a private limited company set up in December 2010 by two existing quality driven independent training providers North London Garages GTA Ltd (NLGGTA) and Tempdent Dental Agency Ltd. ATSCL was awarded a Skills Funding Agency contract in August 2011, with the aim of delivering highly successful apprenticeships and traineeships; developing provision within the flexibilities of the single adult budget in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, Dental Nursing, English, math, ICT, Customer Service, Business Administration, Team Leading and Management. ATSCL comprises of two company directors and increased their ESFA contract value significantly in the last four years whilst maintaining achievement rates 22.9% above the national average. ATSCL received an OFSTED inspection in February 2018 achieving Grade 2 overall, with Grade 1 for Effectiveness of Leadership and Management. We organize meetings and social and community events with a view to decreasing social isolation and promoting diversity in the community. We also organise a varied schedule of events for the wider community during Black History Month. Our mentoring schemes introduce Young People to careers in the creative and food industries, while our outreach work has included collaboration and meetings with local schools, hate crime organisations, youth schemes and Sutton United. Kaleidoscope (available online and in hard copy format) is our fledgling magazine which gives a regular overview of our charity initiatives, together with articles on African, Caribbean and British culture, politics, history, and sport, with a view to giving writers of all social backgrounds a voice on their topics of interest.

0 Comments I founded The Local Teachers Ltd in 2015, with the vision to make education more accessible and convenient locally. At the Local Teachers, we helped over 25,000 students in the last 8 years to boost their grades and help them go to their desired universities, we have fostered partnerships with 13 schools in London and 3 councils to help them support pupils with our intervention tuition programs in sciences, Mathematics and English. With that same vision and passion, I have founded Ezy Edtech Ltd to purchase assets as part of the liquidation of EzyEducation Ltd via a CVL to make quality education more accessible in different ways. That purchase transfers the rights of the EzyEducation website, courses, and high-quality book stocks of 10,000 with a commercial value of £5-10 per book to Ezy Edtech Ltd. The goodwill and support of ex EzyEducation employees has also been secured. Moreover, we have renewed all suppliers’ contracts such as the Zapper app, which makes more accessible our revision pocket booklets by pulling the interactive videos lessons, and quizzes from our platform to iOS and Android devices which increasingly more and more students are relying on for their revision routines. The EzyEducation platform and customer relationships benefited from £2.5m of investment and reinvested earnings. This means that Ezy Edtech bypasses the development costs usually associated with start-ups. The platform is currently used by over 150 school users (subscriptions of £200,000 in 2019 and £130,000 during 2021 (revenue decreased due to COVID19 exam cancellations). Although EzyEducation Ltd ceased trading on 14/12/2021 the platform has remained in use through this period with zero disruption for customers. Over this period, we had 188,543 sessions, 90,103 users, and 3.25 million hits. This continuation of user engagement is a clear indication of the success we can build on moving forward. With that strong foundation for success, here are our short-term objectives. At the present our most important objective is to secure renewals for the schools Minimise the service disruptions - renew contracts for all our suppliers and staff where possible. Improve our resources wherever necessary - such as creating more resources to make teachers’ life easier - in doing so, we will be complementing with PowerPoints lectures with the video lessons on the platform – so that teachers do not spend so much time and resources in creating lesson plans but rather focus on delivering and

Ursuline High School, Wimbledon is a voluntary-aided, comprehensive high school for Roman Catholic girls from 11-18. Under the Trusteeship of the Catholic Archdiocese of Southwark. St Angela Merici Feast Day: 27 January. The school has moved through several phases during its history... The Ursulines were founded by St Angela Merici who lived in Italy in the 16th century. St Angela was born around 1475 in Desenzano on the shores of Lake Garda in Northern Italy. She was left an orphan in early life and spent several of her early years at Salo with her uncle. She acted as an advisor to the rich and influential and was known for her ability to reconcile those with differences. She was a ready helper of the poor and needy and she took a foremost place in what was very much a man's world. She moved to Brescia - the scene of her main work and where she eventually founded her company. On the 25th November 1535 St Angela founded the company of St Ursula, putting the company under the patronage of this early English saint, who was popular in the middle ages as the Patroness of learning. This was a particularly appropriate choice, as it reflected her concerns for the development and fulfilment of women. Her companions lived in their own homes but were consecrated to a life of poverty and virginity. After St Angela's death in 1540 her company became involved in evangelisation especially through education. Many branches of St Angela's company flourished and spread. There are many ways in which St Angela had a lasting effect on the company she founded and on the Church. Like St Paul she made herself all things to all people for the sake of the Gospel to bring all people to Christ. In her writings there is a great emphasis on prayer and all through her life St Angela was known as a woman of prayer. She also made a clear stand against the luxury of the world around her. She emphasized true poverty of spirit and trust in God alone. St Angela was also an educator in the widest sense of the word and in particular in the Christian context of leading people to find Christ in the circumstances of their lives.
