Alec has been a professional guitar and bass teacher for over 30 years, teaching people of all ages how to become confident with their chosen instrument. As founding member of leading covers band ‘Partners in Crime’ and an experienced sound-engineer Alec also oversees the sound and PA requirements as well as any sound recordings the band undertake. Alec played bass with the original Partners in Crime and Screen Heroes and was sound engineer at Nest, Zella, the Barn and UB40’s Dep International recording studios for many years. He was also live engineer for bands such as King and Magnum touring both here and the USA.
