After years of working a corporate job in Canary Wharf London, I realised that there is a pressing need to change our relationship with the world of work. There is a need to slow down, to stop and allow ourselves just to be. to be light was inspired by my own mother, who was also a friend on my journey to find stillness, where I also found my sparks of creativity, sense of security and endless joys. My journey was a process that I could never have done alone. Through my daily practice of Kundalini yoga and meditation, I have found myself to build mental resilience, develop a deep inner joy, learn to live by my heart. Like my mother, I am not a guru nor a teacher, I am just an inspirer, a supporter and a friend. My goal is to inspire and help others to navigate their own self-discovery in the midst of the hustle bustle in life. I long to connect, to see, to know you as you are, wherever you are at. Through yoga, meditation, Aroma Point Therapy, sonic sound alchemy, it is my commitment to show up with the fullest of heart. Everyday, I invest time and energy into my own personal practice, to embody everything I’ve ever dreamed of for this world. So when we meet, the light is contagious. I founded to be light from my love for sharing.

Our names are Leah & Molly, we’re the founders of Little Turtles. Both of us have worked with children for 6 years+, both worked in a creche followed by both becoming childminders and how we actually met each other! We have a huge passion working with children and thoroughly enjoy our jobs as childminders. We both knew we wanted to work with children and build something of our own, after months of thinking and eventually planning, we created Little Turtles, parent, baby and toddler classes! We are both fully qualified in Early Childhood Care & Education Level 5, whilst Leah is currently studying her QQI Level 6 Childcare with Montessori. We are both fully qualified in First Aid & Fire Safety Training, Manual Handling, Food Safety and Children First with Tusla. We love working with children and find it such a rewarding job, working as a childminder and watching the children you work with grow and learn every day is amazing. So we want to put all our love, energy and passion into opening these classes for your children, we want to create a fun and friendly environment for you all! I am a Healer, a Mastery Facilitator and trained as a Life Coach Practitioner and Professional Stress Management Consultant so my approach is rooted in more deep dive coaching approaches around mindset shifting and (energy) healing. I use a variety of modalities to help people heal themselves in creative ways. I genuinely want to offer not just my skills as far as my training is concerned but most importantly my life experience. I now feel that I want to be able to share this with others to help them heal themselves. My approach is about getting to the root cause of the problem through building on fundamentals that involve radical self love, forgiveness, acceptance and compassion. What I offer is a more bespoke process, working with clients with several modalities to help them unlock their own dynamic and creative solutions within themselves. My focus is always results driven, and I usually assess clients closely to see that it's a good match and that the client is ready to do the work and change. If they are not, that is okay too, but I will usually invite them to return another time where they are in a better position to do the work. I have been on a healing journey myself having lived with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)for many years undiagnosed until a few years back, when I was finally diagnosed and started therapy. Therapy made me feel worse. In the middle of my therapy journey I got diagnosed with Leukemia and what followed was several gruelling months of chemotherapy. I am thankfully now in cancer remission and fully recovered from PTSD. It was my determination and willingness to heal and thrive from what felt like a life sentence of a chronic mental health condition and a serious physical illness that led me to undertake the journey to get better and that led me to do the work I am doing now: helping others to access their own healing abilities and not just overcome and heal, but thrive too. I have always been someone that tried out various modalities (from Energy Healing to Neuroscience)at different points of my recovery and I use this same approach in my coaching practice too. I work with clients that are looking for a different approach to healing themselves. Many that are in therapy work with me alongside therapy to boost and supplement their inner work and for those that choose not to be in therapy, my approach offers a lifeline of accessing untapped potentialities. My passion in life is to help people who are serious about making make real, permanent changes and help them get to the heart of their issues by following the path of effortless flow with life in a more creative way. The result is an embodiment of wholeness, joy, vibrancy and aliveness in their lives. I believe EVERYONE is creative however each of us accesses our imagination and creative process in very different and unique ways. But it is with creativity, and using the imagination, the body and all our senses that makes healing and growth possible and fun!

The former Head of Games, Guy Fletcher, was the reason I applied to Bedford School. Bringing (as I did) the Tonbridge 1st XI for the annual two-day cricket match to Bedford, Guy was not only the first at the ground in the morning, ready to welcome us with a huge energy, beaming smile, full of laughter and cheer, coffee, all we needed, but also first in the nets to throw balls at his boys, attending to their needs, tough on them when he needed to be, listening, cajoling, hugely respected, greatly loved. He cared deeply, about them, about winning, yes, but more about doing things the right way, teaching boys how to grow up, to be good men, to ask a lot of themselves, but also to show respect to those around them and to stand tall if things were not going so well. He asked a lot of himself, too. He loved sport, but he valued academic work, music, art, drama and all other interests as equals, as coherent strands in purposeful lives, and he was first to support everything away from the pitch, encouraging his boys to take an interest, to stretch their minds, to give life a go in all its richness. He was finally great fun, wonderful company after the game, full of insight into life’s quirkiness and making the most of every minute given to him. If the rest of Bedford School is like Guy, I thought, then it must be a great place. I now know that it is.

An associate company of English Touring Theatre (ETT), our work ‘practises what it preaches’ (The Sunday Times on Pigfoot) and protests within an industry which, in London alone, has a carbon footprint of 50,000 tonnes a year. Our bike-powered family comedy ‘How To Save A Rock’ has toured with ETT to Northern Stage and Theatre By The Lake, with Battersea Arts Centre & Found in Music, and with support from Slung Low to the Albany, Camden People’s Theatre, Poplar Union, the Pound Arts Centre, and more. HOT IN HERE (an energy-generating dance party), co-produced by the Gate Theatre, commissioned and supported by Camden People's Theatre, toured across the UK in Autumn 2022 to venues including Theatre by the Lake, York Theatre Royal, MAST Southampton, the North Wall Arts Centre, the egg Bath, mac Birmingham, ARC Stockton Arts Centre, Nonsuch Studios, and Contact Manchester. Our new show, Hostile Environments, supported by Boundless Theatre’s Accelerator programme, will begin development in 2023. We have also run workshops, delivered sustainability consultancy, and run engagement programmes for organisations including the National Theatre, Southbank Centre, Rambert, HOME Manchester, and Guildhall School of Speech and Drama. Pigfoot began in Oxford, producing site-specific work by the River Thames and at the Oxford Playhouse.
