My name is Paulina and I am master energy healer and teacher. Over the past 10 years I have trained to become fully qualified healing practitioner. I combine many of a wide range of spiritual, psychic and intuitive disciplines, including ThetaHealing®, Angelic Reiki, Past Life Regression, Alchemy healing, Sound healing  and Yoga to empower others so they can fully accept, love and heal themselves, as well as to consciously evolve.  Through my connection to source, angels and guides I have been helping others to learn healing techniques through courses, workshops and one to one sessions so they can understand their blocks, their gifts, their purpose and helped them to transform this in to a better life. I work with adults and children, showing them how to be more balance, in tune with themselves through daily practice. I share my knowledge of energy healing techniques to support them in their own individual journeys.  I truly enjoy being a bridge between western and alternative medicine and I believe that through this practices we can greatly improve overall wellbeing and connect with ourselves on a deeper level which leads us to more happier, healthier and balanced life.

Through re-minding you of who you truly are, you become more confident as a person and more able to make any changes that you feel called or motivated to. This is powerful, for it is you who are recognising your needs and driving your results. Rather than any external force. True empowerment indeed! We all feel lost sometimes. I know it took me years to navigate my way back to who I am. Through that process and all the teaching and mentoring I have done since, I am suitably equipped to assist others on their own path. Like so many of us, the lessons and experiences that we have in this life enable us to help others. I am passionate about development. Knowing full well that without the experiences I have had to date I would not be the happy resilient individual that I am today, with a wealth of joie de vivre and a deep well of inner peace.
