To grow our business through engaging and developing talented, committed people with an innovative and agile approach. We listen to our customers to provide the best mobile and cloud digital tools for accurate data capture, reporting and delivery of information. We treat our clients, employees and stakeholders in a fair, friendly and honest way. Integrity is our watch word. We believe through our endeavours we will help save money and make every community a cleaner, safer and happier place to live. CEO & FOUNDER Made his first money in software writing a version of Pacman for the TRS-80. TRS-80! That ten quid didn’t go far though, so he gave up and let everyone else do the work for him. Kind, generous, intelligent, good-looking man. Signs the paycheques. Paul Caley DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Centre of the operation. Banned from his local chip shop because he has to have a finger in every pie. Originally from the Isle of Man so has three legs, no tail, and hates paying tax. Andy Hill FINANCIAL DIRECTOR When he's not on the golf course, or on a grand tour of Europe, or at a black-tie dinner, or entertaining at a major sports event, you'll find him working incredibly hard in his office. Unless he's at lunch. And except in the afternoons and all day on Friday of course, when he's playing golf. It's a tough gig, Finance Director. Ben Dean SENIOR DEVELOPER Like all coders, Ben takes an hour to eat his Alphabetti Spaghetti because he has to finish all the 'A's before starting the 'B’s and so on. Tells jokes like, "There are 10 kinds of people, those who know binary and those who don’t." We once gave him Numberetti so that he could finish his lunch whilst it was still warm. Big mistake. Developers don’t like sudden changes to their routines.

Flores & Associates, LLC was founded in 1986 to provide Human Resources consulting services such as compensation, benefits and selection to a broad cross section of small to mid-sized companies throughout the Southeast. The company has evolved over the last thirty+ years from its Human Resources consulting roots into a national leader in the field of consumer-based reimbursement plans, COBRA, and Direct Bill services. Driven by our mission to achieve complete customer satisfaction and to gain expertise and improve our core competencies, Flores has been uniquely transformed from a generalist organization into a specialty services firm focused on consumer-based employee reimbursement programs and COBRA/Direct Bill services. Our goal is to meet the needs of our clients by combining proactive service with leading edge technology. Long before the buzzwords of B2B (business-to-business) and B2E (business-to-employee) were circulated, Flores developed web-based services as part of our commitment to service excellence and in response to client feedback. In our quest for solutions based upon innovative proprietary technology and in partnership with our clients, Flores continues to improve our browser-based systems and develop mobile application solutions to meet the demands of our participants and clients. The bottom line is that we are in to results not buzzwords. Our mission continues to be complete client satisfaction, and our 97% client retention rate is confirmation that we are on the right path. Today, we have developed a national client base that numbers over 2,500 companies serving over 550,000 employees in all 50 states and several foreign countries through the use of our innovative technology. The services that we have developed and implemented for our clients cover the spectrum of Benefits Management and Communication.

Birmingham

We have highly-qualified, experienced and dedicated teaching staff and a proven track record of progression onto higher education and employment. The St Bernadette Centre has recently undergone significant refurbishment and investment. Students have exclusive access to a group work room on their study day which doubles as a social space at break and lunch. They also have access to computer facilities in our new library which provides a modern learning space to aid them as they become more independent learners. Our curriculum offers the very best in both academic and vocational courses to match the needs of all our students. All Sixth Form students study Core RE across their two year career with us and complete the Extended Project, applying Catholic Social Teaching to a moral and ethical issue of their choice. Whilst we believe in allowing greater freedom to our students, we strive to have a true partnership between students, parents and tutors. Excellent pastoral care is provided by experienced tutors who advise, encourage and monitor student progress. The Duke of Edinburgh Award remains a strong feature of our school into the Sixth Form. The award gives students the chance to experience physical activities, volunteering, whilst developing life skills through expeditions; it is valued by universities and employees alike. During May half-term, Sixth Form students join the annual Diocesan pilgrimage to Lourdes to care for and assist the sick and disabled pilgrims. This is a very popular extra-curricular opportunity which really demonstrates the faith of our students in action. Throughout the week God’s love in action is seen through the selfless service of the young people and their generosity of spirit, sharing their talents and energy and time willingly with others.

Complete Lean Solutions Limited

complete lean solutions limited

Burton on Trent

A global Lean consultancy and training organisation with offices in Australia and the UK, servicing forward-thinking clients throughout Europe, North America and Australasia. Complete Lean Solutions was established in 2004 by Richard Pounder and Andy Kelsall. Between them they had over 22 years experience of working for Toyota in the UK and Europe. Initially offering straightforward Lean specialist services in Australia, it quickly became apparent that there was a market for structured Lean training. CLS-developed training programs have been created around real business need as opposed to simply ‘ticking the right boxes’ to obtain certification. With more diverse clients came the need for more diverse approaches. From banking through to telcos, pharma, food and healthcare, each project offers fresh challenges. The one thing that remains the same, however, is the Lean mindset. From some of the largest companies in the world through to business with only six employees, our approach is always the same: engage the people, listen to what they have to say and coach them through to success. In 2008, CLS commenced operations in the UK, quickly becoming established as a respected and successful Lean consultancy within manufacturing operations in the Midlands. Since then, CLS have become a nationally accredited training provider for NVQ’s in the UK, and have continually delivered successful Profit Improvement Projects (PIPs) in the UK, Europe, North America and Canada. In 2012 Andrew Lunn, General Manager of operations in UK, was invited to join the committee for Birmingham Best Practice in Construction (BBPC) and was responsible for identifying ‘transferable skills.’ Using our extensive knowledge in automotive and manufacturing, CLS developed training and materials that can be readily utilised within the construction industry.

Viking Construction Training

More than a Construction Company - Building the FuturevNever settle for mediocrity. It sounds simple enough, but time and time again, so many organizations fail to measure up. At Viking Construction, this philosophy permeates everything we do. The difference shows: in a growing portfolio of thoughtfully-executed projects, motivated employees and satisfied clients. Founded in 1991 on this seemingly simple – yet surprisingly complex – credo, Viking Construction has built its reputation through superior customer service and execution of the highest standards in the industry. Originally we performed the duties of a true general contractor, specializing in the construction of commercial and industrial projects as well as many government sponsored affordable housing projects. As needed, Viking Construction can comfortably suit the role of a construction manager to coordinate and supervise a wide variety of projects while overseeing specialized contractors and other personnel. We have been able to consistently deliver results that exceed our clients’ expectations. Our ability to self-perform many aspects of the construction process delivers value to our clients and sets us apart from other contractors. At Viking Construction, Inc., we believe John Donne’s words apply to business as well as people: “No business is an island; every business is a piece of the community.” We take this view seriously – and know we are only as strong as the communities where we live and work. We want the places where we do business and the people who live and work here to be strong, productive and happy. That is why we support our local community so eagerly, on so many different levels.
