Pauline and her husband Steve opened their first Academy when they couldn't find anything that ticked all the boxes for their son, Charlie. They wanted to be able to provide performing arts tuition that was enjoyable, fun and would build children’s confidence. More importantly, they wanted to help young people to pursue their life's dreams, whatever those dreams may be, using drama to help children realise their potential and blossom into confident young people. To Pauline and Steve, the performing arts is more than just singing and acting and they wanted to reflect that at PQA. They therefore created a performing arts school that covers the entire arts spectrum, including lessons in Comedy, Drama and of course Film & TV. When 130 students turned up for the opening of the first PQA Academy, they knew they were onto something! Over 15 years later, PQA has more than 200 Academies nationwide and is the largest provider of Film & TV education for young people in the UK.

We aim to provide the boys and girls with a caring environment and to introduce them to as wide a range of learning opportunities as possible. We want our children to develop into independent, responsible young people. This requires a strong partnership between school and home, and we provide many ways for parents to learn about and to share in their child's education. The number of children enrolled at the school has increased dramatically in recent years. We currently have two classes in each year group with 370 children attending together. Uma Varsani as a Computing and business graduate, she has always had an interest in tech and education. They have three kids who have educated Uma and Nav in parenting the hard way, and now they wish to bring this knowledge to the classroom to inspire and teach your kids!

We carry out the assessment and write your detailed Diagnostic Report. Our reports have life long validity. If currently in education, this report enables a school, college or university to put in place extra support such as additional time in exams or use of a laptop or a reader. You will then be able to use it for workplace support and adjustments. If in, or if seeking employment, a report ensures employees will not be discriminated against due to their specific learning differences, and reasonable adjustments can be put in place to support you in your role. Funded by Wycombe District Council at a cost of more than half a million pounds and built on land owned by Buckinghamshire County Council, construction of the Lane End Youth & Community Centre commenced in July 2003. The Centre was officially opened in January 2004. The Centre is a modern, bright building offering facilities for recreation, sport, entertainment, education and information. It is also the ideal choice for PRIVATE HIRE. We have been successful in attracting numerous events – a regular youth club, dog training classes, fitness classes, health screening, educational activities including a computer class for beginners, private parties and even wedding receptions. Essentially, the Centre is provided for the benefit of all members of the community, with a focus on young people. The Community Centre is a multi-functional building which is highly adaptable and can cater for the needs of a wide spectrum of local residents. The building is also fully wheelchair accessible.

About Outcomes Advocacy At Outcomes Advocacy we are passionate about ensuring children and young people with special educational needs are provided with the provision they need to reach their potential. We have embraced the focus the Children and Families Act 2014 places on children and young people with SEN reaching their best possible outcomes. We recognise that parents and carers need different levels of support at various points. At times parents may need skilled specialist advocates to support and represent them in a non-neutral capacity. Our mission is to make that high quality, personalised service accessible and affordable. Being partners with you is important. At all stages we explain each process and your options, and while we equip you with the knowledge you need to make decisions we respect your choices about your child’s education. Outcomes Advocacy was founded in 2016 by Steve Devlin Outcomes Advocacy is the culmination of many years of experience of working with families of children with SEN and disabilities. Steve has managed one of the busiest SEND IASS (formerly known as Parent Partnership) services in the country for a London Local Authority. In this time Steve has undertaken significant training and continual professional development accredited by the Solicitor’s Regulation Authority. Steve has provided a service to over 1000 parents and has delivered over 100 workshops on specific areas of SEN. In addition to his wealth of knowledge on SEN legal frameworks Steve has an in-depth knowledge of how Local Authorities function, including their decision making processes. Steve has held key strategic positions on the SEN reforms management board for Local Authorities, helping to design the new polices, procedures and key documents for the revised statutory assessments and Education Health and Care Plans. Steve has worked professionally in the field of special educational needs and disability since 2002. Starting out as youth worker with a specialism in working with disabled children, he went on to manage local and national projects.
