Our mission is a simple one and is driven by our ethos of everyone achieving
their best. Many years ago we began to notice a dis-jointed approach to training
staff. Either the employer only wanted staff skilled in one area, or staff
weren't interested in the training being offered, or simply that neither party
knew how to find the training they wanted. This where Beorma Consultancy spawned
it's inital idea. The idea that training needs could be married in one place.
Employers would know who to ask for specific training, employees would know who
to ask for specific training and future employees would know where to go for
future employment needs. There are many companies offering the various areas,
but none that offer the whole package. We successfully match employers to
