We support parents with aspirations for their teenagers – those who want to gain admission to top universities. We help to improve Exam Grades in Core Academic subjects at GCSE and A-level. On average, our students are performing at around a B grade in school before they join us; within a year, they improve by about two grade points. Our main programmes are: Saturday School during term time and Intensive Revision during school holidays. We also have flexible unit-based learning and the premium Consultation Tuition (one-to-one by a top consultant teacher). At the start of the pandemic, we temporarily moved online but we have now opened our centres again for in-person teaching; however, we still run separate online lessons for those who prefers online. Our centres are now open for in-person teaching at: St James School, Kensington Olympia and Trinity School in East Croydon*. We cover the core academic subjects of Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English at both GCSE and A-level. In addition to all the above, we also provide for Further Maths, Economics, History and Psychology at A-level. At GCSE, we cover Further Maths and all the science options – Triple and Combined (double or trilogy) Our teachers are of the highest quality and we have a proven track record for over 16 years. Excel in Key Subjects consists of a group of fully qualified and highly experienced secondary school teachers. Some teach in the Independent and some in the State sector. Our main objective is to help improve grades. We provide classes in small groups for students aged 13 to 19 on Saturdays. We also have a Revision programmes during School holidays.

She has travelled to almost 60 countries and takes a keen interest in the lives and cultures of people. Nikita recently received recognition for her work in the field of education and training as ‘Top 100 Leaders in Education’ from the Global Forum for Education and Learning. She has worked with people of all backgrounds, cultures and ages – right from babies to adults. Her wealth of experiences enables her to engage with people from all walks of life. Nikita works in London as an Educational Consultant providing training and advice to international schools and private and voluntary sector institutions. I have worked at Harris Westminster since 2015 and this is truly a special school, with the most fantastic students and the most engaging and inspirational staff. My educational background is a little different to most of our students; I grew up in the United States while attending boarding school in Worcestershire, but I then went on to study Economics at UCL and have been based in London ever since. My own school journey is what drives my desire to work with students like ours. I teach maths and love maths- but didn't read it at university (it wasn't the cool option...!) It is our job as sixth form staff to help make sure our students make the best decisions for themselves around what they love, through sharing as much information we can and being sounding boards for their ambitions. Our academic successes are clear, both in terms of outstanding A-Level results and post-18 destinations, and we are particularly proud of the achievement of those students from less advantaged backgrounds. Tony Cotrupe brings over 30 years of experience in business valuations, investment banking, economic consulting, and private equity to Meliora Advisors. Tony began his career at Ernst & Young in its Financial Services Group, where he performed pre- and post-transaction valuations for companies in a variety of industries. Tony then started and ran the Private Equity Group within JPM’s Global Private Bank, where he sourced, structured, and executed venture capital and buyout transactions for high net worth clients worldwide. Tony also led the private equity fundraising effort, raising capital for large buyout firms including The Blackstone Group. After J.P. Morgan, Tony joined Gerard Klauer Mattison (GKM) as a Private Equity Fund consultant, providing fundraising and fund management for a fund of funds focused on venture capital and buyout investments. In 2009, Tony formed Meliora Advisors, LLC, a corporate advisory and consulting firm. Meliora Advisors has successfully executed projects in a broad array of industries, including: Aerospace, Biotechnology, Business Services, Financial Services, Food and Beverage, Healthcare, Heavy Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals , Power/Electricity, Robotics HealthTech. Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Economics, both from the University of Rochester. He is a CFA Charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute. He has spoken at conferences and taught classes on valuation, M&A, and private equity.
