I have had over 20 years of experience teaching children across all ages. I have vast experience in managing children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). During my time in school I have been a class teacher, SENCo and SEN teacher and I have recently completed a Level 5 Diploma Teaching Learners with Dyslexia/Specific Learning Difficulties. I am DBS checked and insured. I have welcomed students into my home for bespoke one to one tutoring for over 10 years. I have tutored children up to the age of 16 in mathematics (including GCSE higher level) and English up to Year 7, as well as 11+ preparation for both grammar and independent schools. I believe with the right attention and approach in a fun, trusting environment; all children are able to achieve their best and make progress.
