Miss A's Dance Company teaches from as young as 18 months to teens. We are open all year round, resting only for Christmas and August. In these breaks we hold our very own Summer School and Half term workshops. All our classes are held in air conditioned studios at the fabulous Formby Fitness Gym.

Some of our best childhood memories involve dance. From creating routines in the garden with friends, to proudly hanging certificates on the wall; from being mesmerized by the Flamenco dancers on holiday, to the excitement of getting new ballet or tap shoes... And of course there was dance class each Saturday and all that came with it - fun, friends, performances, new skills, achievements. Some years on, those children are now the teachers. Dance routines with friends in the garden are less common (although not completely unheard of!) and we hope to provide the kind of fond memories for our dancers that have always stayed with us. Dance for all Our philisophy is making dance accessible to all. If you’re looking for dance lessons in Eccleston/St Helens, you don't have to be the next Billy Elliot or Darcy Bussell to join us - a love of dance, music and a will to learn is all you need. Power and control, physical, emotional and psychological abuse, fear of the unknown and “Why doesn’t she leave?” are just some of the issues raised in this contemporary look at domestic violence. * LIFE SENTENCE [https://cctheatre.co.uk/domestic-violence-drama/life-sentence/] - explores the aftermath of an attempted domestic homicide - This short sharp solo drama, based on real events, looks at the development of an abusive relationship and how ‘the system’ can let victims down. It explores the aftermath of an attempted domestic violence murder, raising awareness of serious cases, the need for a workplace DV strategy, stalking, legal and medical issues and how workplace practice can better support victims.    Each CPD accredited session includes a screening of the play with additional interactive training elements – quiz on the scale and prevalence of domestic abuse, tailored discussion, pdf information pack and 3 CPD points per student.

Since then, Carrie has built a strong team of like-minded singing teachers and specialists around her to successfully provide the wide-array of Pro Vox singing students with the best training and opportunities possible. Pro Vox is known for students high levels of attainment in LCM Exams sessions, fantastic annual student performance showcases, recording and audition opportunities and more. Carrie has an incredible depth of knowledge from her on-going academic studies in voice science (working towards a Doctorate) and an impressive drive to educate both her teaching staff and students with up to date vocal training practices appropriate to each of them. This continues to be the basis that Pro Vox thrives from beyond the 9-years it has accrued to date, where all involved teach healthy singing and have a passion to assist our singers in anyway we possibly can.

We know it takes hard work, commitment and dedication yet we are still willing to sacrifice all it takes and push our mind and body to the limit to become the best dancer/performer we can be! My name is Nazene and I am the Principal of Nazene Danielle's Dance Dynamix. I have been in your (dance) shoes! I know what it is like to be that child who dances around the living room, who lives, dreams and breathes dance 24hrs a day and who needs that special mentor to fine tune that raw talent and guide you in the right direction.. I also know what a daunting yet exciting time in life it is to transition from dance school to dance college and make that big decision of finding the right studio/home for you to thrive and set you up for an exhilarating career.

We animate spaces with storytelling, book clubs, creative play and art workshops, helping to build stronger communities, improve people’s health, promote lifelong learning and empower active citizenship. Launching in January 2019, we’ve hosted a series of interactive reading events, drama and creative writing workshops, forest schools, book clubs and Good Times celebrations; inviting hundreds of people to reimagine their local spaces for arts, culture and creative happenings.
