t Primavera we believe wholeheartedly that people usually don’t need advice or
other people’s ideas, and that they have within them all the knowledge, skill
and ability they need in order to move forward. We believe that our job is to
help people reveal and access all their resources consciously and for their best
personal and organisational advantage. We help people to discover, reveal and
maximize their truths and opportunities, and to express those in the world. We
are all about respectful and challenging enquiry. However, we do bring subject
matter expertise, for example in emotional intelligence, managing change
(especially the emotional components), resilience, developing identity,
confidence and self-belief. We offer innovative and creative ways to help people
– safely - experiment with handling conflict and managing performance e.g. Forum
Theatre.
