When I’m not training I like to open water swim and run. On a daily basis I help clients achieve their goals, whether that's weight/fat loss, training for an event or building muscle, and I can help you achieve your goal too. Following a detailed consultation, I will devise a tailored programme to support you and gather metrics to track your progress over an agreed time. Personal Training or Coaching means just that and you can expect to receive 1-2-1 attention from me while we work together. I have packages available for Personal Training sessions, Nutrition Coaching or a combination of the two.
I have been coaching for several years and have helped hundreds of client gain muscle and get in the best shape of their lives without being too hungry or having to miss out on their favourite foods. I am currently pursuing a PhD student in muscle growth. Specifically, I am investigating the relationship between range of motion (ROM) during resistance training and muscle hypertrophy. I am an online coaching intern under Dr. Mike Israetel of Renaissance Periodization. I am also a competitive powerlifter and aspiring bodybuilder.
