She is dedicated to helping clients improve their mental, emotional, and physical wellness through Reiki, Emotional freedom Technique, and chakra work. She began this path with the goal of personal development, but soon discovered her life’s purpose- to help others. Nur began her work as a Reiki healer, however she worked as a FE teacher for 17 years teaching languages from entry to GCSE Level (Turkish and English) as well as an NVQ Assessor. Nur is the author of 2 books -Live from Heart and Mind, Meditation, Manifest that are on sale on Amazon. She works on emotional healing as an Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner, managing and overcoming fear and stress therapy. Nur recently achieved Law of Attraction Coach Practitioner Certificate and Field Energy Certificate.

During her career she has worked both in the UK and internationally and has a demonstrable record of developing and successfully implementing progressive Learning and Development initiatives in multi-site environments, bringing about change and adding measurable value. She has held roles within the manufacturing sector, private sector (financial services) and retail. She has over thirty years’ experience in the learning and development arena. Since opening No Limit Training and Development she has had the pleasure to work with numerous organisations in other sectors such as different Housing Associations and Health Boards. Mandy is a fellow member of both the Institute of leadership and Management and the Chartered Management Institute. She is a qualified trainer and coach, has been an accredited NLP Master practitioner since 2007, and holds a career counselling licence through CCS (London).
