Situated on Academy Lane we have access to safe, traffic free, public footpaths and cycle ways to allow our children and staff safe trips out in to the local community. At Scallywags we are firm believers that children “Learn through play” and therefor offer a vast array of activities for children of all ages. With safety always being a top priority at Scallywags we have installed a camera buzzer entry system to the building and secure keypad entry systems to each playroom ensuring staff and children remain safe at all times. Your child will be cared for in welcoming surroundings harmonising closely with your normal daily routine. Our caring and energetic staff provide a stimulating environment to encourage your child’s development, noting each milestone along the way in your child’s Learning Journal. We are a Scottish Qualifications Authority Approved Teaching centre dedicated to delivering a high quality learning experience across a range of learning pathways from beginners to intermediate and advanced classes. When you join us you are not only supporting our classes, you are also joining and supporting a vibrant ceramics teaching and practice community.
