Hello my name is Chelsea and welcome to Greens Yoga. I am a yoga teacher
specialising in yoga for women’s physical and mental health and wellbeing, in
Edinburgh and the Lothians. I teach small group classes and private yoga
sessions specialising in pregnancy and postnatal classes, I also offer beginner
friendly vinyasa flow style classes and yoga nidra for those who have trouble
with sleep, anxiety and stress. I am always learning to upgrade my skills and
knowledge whether it be through courses, reading or being taught by other
teachers. I have recently completed my fertility yoga training with Naomi Murphy
from Real Fertile and Sally Parkes Yoga, i am excited to soon be offering
women’s wellbeing focused classes. There are many different styles to practising
yoga that it can make the journey to starting your first class slightly
daunting. Here I’ve decided to help ease your mind and break down the styles of
yoga I teach which will hopefully make your decision a little bit easier when
