The Belfast School of Performing Arts is Northern Irelands leading Theatre School for 3-19 year old. We strive to deliver the highest level of training possible to each and every individual student. Under the guidance of our Artistic Director: Peter Corry we focus on helping our students grow in confidence so they can excel within the performing arts world and develop their social skills along the way. Our main emphasis is on fun while we learn and we have a strong creative, happy environment where our students create friendships for life. We have a firm belief in the ability of Musical Theatre to benefit young people as they grow and develop into young adults. You are never too young to perform and it’s never too late to start learning. We believe that being part of a Theatre School offers a creative outlet to express personalities in a safe environment, and by doing so allows our students to grow into confident adults. At BSPA we offer our students specialty training in performing Arts in age appropriate groups. This includes an exciting mix of Singing, dance and drama through professional specialised tuition. Our students learn to develop specific skill-sets whilst increasing confidence and enhancing social interaction. This is of benefit not only to those who wish to pursue a career within the performing arts industry but to all our students in whatever life choices they make in the future.

The McKillen School of Dance was established in 2017, aiming to be the most trusted provider in delivering dance, drama and singing education. Creating a safe and nurturing environment for both children who want to dance as a hobby and those who want a career from it. TMSOD believes that when we stop learning, we stop growing. This is why we dedicate a minimum of 15 hours a year to staff development and education. This ensures our teachers are equiped with the best knowledge and facilities possible to teach our pupils at the highest standard possible. I have loved dance all of my life, competing and sitting exams. As a dancer, I have had many experiences - to name a few; MOVEIT Main Stage, MOVEIT class assistant, Got to Dance auditions,, Scottish Ballet assistant with Hansel and Gretel performance Belfast 2017, Dance World Cup Dancer. As a teacher - I am currently I am fully qualified with the Royal Academy of Dance, ISTD Contemporary, Acrobatic Arts, DDMIX, iDance Contemporary, Progressing Ballet Technique and the Associated Board of Dance. While teaching full time I am also studying for another two teaching qualifications to add to the studio. In the first year of opening the school, my dancers auditioned with my choreography and where on Team Northern Ireland 2018 for the Dance World Cup. Currently I have pupils in associate and training programmes in both Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Falls Women’s Centre was established in 1982 in West Belfast by local women in order to improve the quality of life for women and their families living in areas of extreme deprivation and most affected by the conflict. It is based in West Belfast, a community recognised as one of the poorest in Western Europe. The Falls Women’s Centre was the first of its kind in the area and has continually worked to raise awareness within the community and with statutory agencies on issues that affect women’s lives. The Falls Women's Centre is a community development organisation which, through long term experience and expertise, responds quickly and appropriately to community needs. “These needs are not static but change and evolve as communities themselves change and evolve over time”. The Falls Women’s Centre is a women-only centre. It is staffed and managed entirely by women and is seen as an important support for the community locally, nationally and internationally. It is used as a referral point by community, voluntary and statutory agencies. The Falls Women’s Centre/Ionad Mhná na bhFál is involved in the economic development of the community and continues to support women’s development within the area through the provision of training, education, childcare, advice, advocacy, counselling, health and well-being.
