Muir Gray is the Founding Director of OAP Ltd, with the following business streams: OVSP, CASP, & Living Longer Better. He has advised Public Health England and the Chair of the NHS Health and Social Care Digital service. Muir’s work focuses on providing training to healthcare professionals on value based healthcare. Sir Muir has worked for the National Health Service in England since 1972, occupying a variety of senior positions during that time, including serving as the Director of Research and Development for Anglia and Oxford Regional Health Authority, and first establishing and then being the Director of the UK National Screening Committee. He founded the National Library for Health, and was the Director of Clinical Knowledge, Process, and Safety for the NHS (England) National Programme for IT, serving as the Director of the National Knowledge Service. He was the first person to hold the post of Chief Knowledge Officer of the NHS (England), also serving as the co-Director of the Department of Health’s Quality Innovation Productivity and Prevention (QIPP) Right Care Programme. Together with Sir Iain Chalmers, Muir was instrumental in establishing the Cochrane Collaboration. Sir Muir is an internationally renowned authority on healthcare systems and has advised governments of several countries outside the UK including Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Spain and Germany and regularly delivers plenary sessions at international events, the most recent being the 2014 World Health Summit in Berlin, the Big Data in Pharma conference in London in 2015 and the 2015 Transplantation meeting at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm. Sir Muir is also a Professor in the Nuffield Department of Surgery at the University of Oxford. He received the CBE in 2000 and was knighted in 2005 for services to the National Health Service.

At CYT, we push tradition to one side and are renowned for making fresh, exciting, memorable physical theatre that truly celebrates the vibrant energy of our young people. We devise our own work and aim to break the mould in young people's theatre. We strongly believe that theatre is as much about the finished show, as the process it takes to get there. It's the friends you make, the challenges you overcome together, the voice you find, the creativity, passion and commitment. It's the memories that will stay with you forever and a way of working that will positively shape your future, in whichever direction you are headed. We are not your average stage school. Our theatre aims to thought-provoke and joy-evoke, exploring issues and themes relevant to young people today. Social and emotional development is at the very heart of our work, always striving to uplift, empower and inspire our performers and audiences. We have proudly taken part in National Theatre Connections eight times, performing vibrant new work at Parabola Arts Centre, Bristol Old Vic, Theatre Royal Bath and Royal & Derngate. To date, we have also performed at The Bacon Theatre's Open-Air Theatre Festival, The Wilson Art Gallery, Cheltenham Science Festival, Bristol Shakespeare Festival, the Brewery Quarter, JOLT International Theatre Festival and the Montpelier Fiesta! Not to mention enduring a Zombie Apocalypse and following the yellow brick road to Emerald City, and that's just for starters... CYT is a safe platform to express & discover who you want to be. We believe the arts should be enjoyable & accessible for all and pride ourselves on getting to know each young person individually, to nurture their ideas, talents and strengths. CYT is directed by Caroline Dean, Sam Harrison and a hub of associate theatre professionals who offer specialist master classes throughout the year.

Martin has an degree in agriculture from Wye College, University of London. He then taught for 16 years at Writtle College specialising in financial management, agricultural trade, EU policy and business strategy. Martin also established a series of projects to link the College with other EU states to facilitate staff and student exchange, joint course delivery and the delivery of EU funded projects. He has taught short courses in Finland, the Netherlands and Romania. He continues to work closely with the education sector and now gives guest lectures on food markets and policy at the National Centre for Food Manufacturing at the University of Lincoln. Martin co-founded an import business in 1990 which he sold in 1999 and was a partner in the family farm J A Collison and Sons from 1994-2008 which supplies cut flowers to supermarkets. He founded Collison and Associates with Lynn in 2002, having been a consultant since 2000. His clients have included a wide range of commercial, public and third sector bodies and he specializes in developing strategies, projects and programmes to deliver change in rural areas. During 2012-13 Martin worked alongside the team developing the UK Agri-Tech Strategy. Martin is a member of: Greater Lincolnshire Food Board, Greater Lincolnshire Water Management Board, Norfolk Rural Development Strategy delivery group and the CLA’s Agriculture and Land Use Committee. He was Vice Chair of the Fens Adventurers Leader RDPE Group (2010-‘13) and is Chair of the Cambridgeshire Fens Leader group (2015-2020). He leads the Communications and Engagement work of Water Resources East (WRE). As well as his Higher Education, consultancy and business experience Martin was a Principal Examiner for ‘A’ Level applied business for AQA from 2000-’13 following previous work as an examiner for City and Guilds and Edexcel. I was graduated from Yildiz Technical University, which is one of Turkey’s leading universities, Chemical Engineering Department in 2004. When I was studying at the university, I was tutoring lessons in chemistry, mathematics, physics and science. Later, I worked as a chemistry/science teacher in a private education tutoring school. I completed my master’s degree formation as a chemistry teacher which allowed me to work in all schools in Turkey as a Chemistry/Science Teacher. In addition, I started my master’s degree in chemical engineering. But, with the birth of my daughter, I quit my second master thesis. After working for 8 years as a chemistry/science teacher, I was promoted as the head of the chemistry and the department of science. Two years later, I was promoted to the Deputy Principal of the Secondary School. After working for 3 years as the Deputy Principal of the Secondary School, I worked for 2 years as the Principal of the Secondary and High School director. During my work, except for my business, I participated in many programmes to help and support young people. One of them is the Duke of Edinburgh International Youth Award. I worked as an award leader supervisor and coordinator. Another one is for gifted and talented students, I developed some activities in science and maths with my colleagues. During the period I worked, I realized the importance of personal development and participated in many training programs. After my training in mentoring and coaching, there was a huge change in my attitude on life. It is possible for each student to reach the maximum of his / her potential with proper directions. In this context, I am coaching and mentoring and try my best to guide the students and their parents to make the right choice for the right high school and the right university.
