Our Mission To enable a digital economy supported by a more reliable, efficient, and environmentally sustainable digital infrastructure. Our Story In 2003, as applications started increasing in complexity and size, the team initially addressed challenges in Software Architecture reliability and efficiency, setting some of the earlier groundwork around Architecture design languages and software product lines. The focus then quickly shifted to a more holistic approach from the ground up addressing the reliability, efficiency, and environmental sustainability of digital services, from data centres to IT Operations and application design. This led to the establishment of the London Technology Academy (LTA) in 2013. The team laid out some key scientific work around cost-effective deployments in the Cloud and environmental sustainability challenges in software and physical infrastructure. Today, LTA is home to some of the key international authorities in digital infrastructure. The LTA team supported the creation of some of the best practices and global standards and policies on digital infrastructure (e.g EN50600, EU Code of Conduct, EMAS, EcoDesign and EU Green Public Procurement to name a few). The team supports governments and corporates globally to transform their digital footprint to a more reliable, efficient and environmentally sustainable state. The LTA team led European initiatives like EURECA and PEDCA that saw broad transformation and consolidation of government infrastructure and the training of well over a thousand ICT professionals.

Anna Kosa is a London based abstract expressionist artist with a background in BA Design & MSc Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. She is passionate about creating positive mental health enhancing original fine art paintings, interior pieces and delivers Positive Psychology Infused Abstract Art Workshops to individuals, groups and corporate clients. Designed to relax the mind, help cultivate positive emotions, mood states stimulating the creative side of the brain and help individuals to reconnect with their creativity and improve their chosen areas of self development. This effect reduces cortisol that is created by stress & elevates dopamine levels improving creative problem solving. She is inspired by Positive Psychology concepts such as Post Traumatic Growth, Broaden & Build theory informed by colour psychology. Her inspiration for colours come from the nature. The layering is informed by the complex nature of human beings. She has most recently attended O.Z.O.R.A. international music festival in Hungary, delivering her signature Positive Psychology Infused Art Workshops 'Paint with Intention' and 'Kids Painting Club'. Her work has very recently featured in British Vogue, London Life & Tatler. She is also part of The World of Interiors spring campaign in their March, April & May issue 2021. She is currently a self represented artist.

We are focused on empowering young people who are underrepresented and facing barriers to the world of employment in the creative arts, media, Film & TV industries. Our programs and projects respond to local needs for all ages and abilities to increase wellbeing, education, skills and employment through Media & Arts, FILM & TV. About Vicky Forrester Vicky Forrester is a designer – maker of contemporary bespoke jewellery. She makes her jewellery here at Flux Studios, London. Vicky set up Flux Jewellery School to share the skills and knowledge she has gained though her own 30-year career as a jeweller and teacher. In 2010 Vicky was commissioned to write ‘Elemental Jewellery’, an inspirational look at jewellery making. The book includes twenty projects that aim to introduce new approaches to making jewellery, while also exploring ways to develop a free spirited design methodology.
