We are fortunate to have superb facilities here at Caludon which provide modern and professional learning spaces and resources for every subject. In addition to this, we use digital technology smartly, investing in the creative and transformative potential of the use of IPads and interactive platforms. We know that during the course of our students’ time here at Caludon they will inevitably face personal as well as academic challenges. Our pastoral teams are dedicated to supporting our young people so that they feel safe and happy at school, form good friendships and understand and embody our values of respect, kindness and inclusion. We enjoy the diversity of our school community and, whilst we encourage a pride in being a part of the Caludon Castle School, we also encourage a celebration of what makes us unique and individual. A student’s time at Caludon should be defined by more than attending their lessons. Our students will belong to a House (Devonish, Maddison or Smith) and participate in house competitions and celebrations; they can join clubs and societies to pursue their interests beyond the classroom and they will be encouraged to invest in their leadership skills through our student leadership pathways. Caludon Castle School is fortunate to be part of a successful multi-academy trust with a strong leadership culture for both staff and students. As well as attracting and developing excellent professionals, our school community also has much to share as we collaborate with partner schools realising opportunities to continually learn and grow. Black Leaders is a registered community interest company providing career progression guidance for students and professionals across the U.K. We aim to be a motivating power in reducing healthcare inequalities for Black and other ethnicities; whilst tackling social exclusion within the workplace. We will achieve this by educating, inspiring and equipping a community of professionals with meaningful and practical leadership skills, to improve career prospects. We offer a diverse range of workshops, events and guidance designed to help you progress further in your career. This includes leadership workshops, networking, training and mentorship. Whether you’re experienced, new to the field, a student or even a young person considering a healthcare career we are here to support. Mentoring Programmes We offer both professional 1:1 and peer-led mentoring programmes for students and professionals. Our services include CV/job applications, writing skills, interview techniques, support with continuous professional development and much more. Networking & Training Regular events to increase knowledge of systems such as Human Resources, financial planning and pensions. Online community-led forum. Training sessions on the gold standard of professional practices and insight into prospective career paths. So we focused on expanding our strong team. This included bringing in some of the region’s best talent in PPC, design, and content to deliver businesses the best results. While keeping our ears to the ground and working hard to stay ahead of the curve when it came to digital trends, we were hand-picked out of 1000 other agencies by the search engine gods at Google to participate in their prestigious Google Elevator program.
