I have always had a personal interest in self help and assisted therapy and began training in NLP (Neuro Linguistic programming) over 20 years ago, I have trained with both Richard Bandler and Paul McKenna who are both recognised leaders in this field. Gaining qualifications in both hypnotherapy and psychotherapy I am a member of the National Counselling Society and the National Hypnotherapy Society and my training reflects the standards and ongoing training required by active members. I have ensured that my training provides the most recognised and up to date therapeutic interventions which I believe enhances my natural ability to understand and offer help to those who feel that therapy will empower and enable them to live the life they choose. Using an eclectic approach I am able to tailor bespoke treatment plans using the strengths of the client to gain understanding and achieve the best possible results. I am trained in the use of CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy), PCT (person centred therapy) and psychodynamic therapy. As a published author I write all my own scripts when using hypnotherapy ensuring they have maximum effect enabling change at a subconscious level. I understand the life journey that brings a client to therapy is unique and on that basis I will offer a bespoke therapeutic package just for you. By running my practise from home I can offer a safe and comfortable environment without losing any of the professional standards you would expect. Confidentiality is foremost in my work and I work with the code of ethics that is required as a member of the National Counselling Society, and The National Hypnotherapy Society. Linda Hilditch has full healthcare indemnity insurance & undertakes regular supervision.

We can provide courses for complete beauty beginners through the offering CPD masterclasses for existing beauty therapists. All of our training courses are delivered by a team of highly experienced trainers with an extensive knowledge of their subject specialism. Our current premises in Kent is properly equipped to offer this wide range of training courses in small groups, or on a one-to-one basis that are flexible for you to complete in your own time.Once you have completed one of our fully accredited courses, you will receive a qualification which is also insurable.

Nigel holds these exclusive classes in his very own cookery school kitchen so you can enjoy the pleasure of cooking in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. All the equipment we use is similar to what you will find in domestic kitchens up and down the country so whatever you learn you can recreate in your own home. The academy can be found nestled at the foot of the Humber Bridge in Barton upon Humber, North Lincolnshire, within a Grade II listed building known as The Ropewalk. Hall’s Barton Ropery was an international name of excellence in the shipping and many other industries for 200 years. Hall’s Ropes made on the Barton site were used on all the major shipping lines and for the first ascent of Everest. The factory was closed in 1989 and lay dormant until April 2000 when one fifth of the building was restored and opened as an arts centre housing 2 galleries, artists workshops, picture framing business and a Heritage Display. The centre currently attracts in excess of 20,000 visitors per year and is run by The Waterside Artists Co-operative. In September 2005 the rest of the building was restored and is now home to 12 artist’s studios and 18 units being used for creative industries including digital, media, design and other related industries including a fantastic coffee shop and The Nigel Brown Cookery Academy. The Academy is easily accessible by car, roughly an hours’ drive from Lincoln, Leeds, York and Sheffield with plenty of free parking. You can also reach us by train or bus, our nearest bus/rail station is Barton and the academy is a short walk away.

Master Leo Au Yeung was the official fight choreographer for the award-winning films Ip Man (2008), The Legend is Born: Ip Man (2010), and Ip Man: The Final Fight (2013). Over the years he worked closely with transnational martial arts stars/choreographers such as Donnie Yen, Sammo Hung, Louis Fan Siu-wong, and Yuen Biao, as well as Hong Kong movie stars such as Anthony Wong, Gillian Chung, and Jordan Chan Siu-chun. As a second-generation disciple of Lau Kar-leung, the legendary choreographer of kung fu cinema in the 1970s and 1980s, Master Leo Au Yeung perfectly synthesises the aesthetic and authentic dimensions of traditional Chinese kung fu. On the one hand, he has inherited and refined the conventions established in Lau Kar-leung’s classics such as Challenge of the Masters (1976) and Martial Club (1981). In The Legend is Born, for example, Au Yeung choreographed an intense fight scene featuring Dennis To and the 86-year-old Ip Chun, Ip Man’s Son. One of his strengths is to design actions appropriate for the actors, regardless of their age and physique. On the other hand, Master Leo Au Yeung does not merely replicate kung fu classics. He incorporates mixed martial arts (MMA) techniques into his choreography. By so doing, he adds a realistic touch to southern kung fu. The one versus ten dojo scene in Ip Man was one of Leo Au Yeung’s masterpiece. It perfectly combines Chinese (Wing Chun) and Western martial arts skills (joint locking, taken down, and ground fight). His influence in martial arts cinema also receives media attention in the United Kingdom. In 2016, the BBC and UWE Bristol produced a documentary, Mastering Wing Chung, featuring Au Yeung. His latest choreographical work involves original film and TV series with Marvel Studios. Request information now!
