Fitness Factory was established in 2010 as a women-only gym and later expanding to a gym for both men and women. After a devastating fire in March 2020, the decision was made to move to bigger and better premises so we could offer our members even more. At Fitness Factory, we pride ourselves on being an affordable, community-based gym with high-quality equipment and a friendly environment. WHAT WE OFFER We provide our members with a friendly service in a warm, welcoming environment, we’re kitted out with the number one brands in gym equipment (Hammerstrength, Cybex, Life Fitness, and Precor Icarian) to ensure a thorough and enjoyable workout each and every time. We provide practical help and guidance in a warm and friendly environment. Our personal trainers are on hand for anyone looking to make a positive change in their lives through fitness and improved health. CLASSES We offer a large number of regular, free classes ranging from Body conditioning to a variety of others such as Spin, HIIT, Yoga, Dance fitness, Boxing, Circuits, and many more! We also run women-only bootcamps (not part of the membership) OUR TEAM Each member is welcome by our friendly, professional, and highly trained team whose job it is to make your fitness experience enjoyable and achievable. MEMBERSHIP PRICES We offer a variety of affordable memberships with NO JOINING FEE and all our memberships include full access to the gym and classes. The MAMAWELL Method - on demand video workouts are perfect for staying strong and energised at home through pregnancy, post-birth and beyond. Club Mamawell is her new online fitness club for ALL women, comprising workouts, Pilates, mindfulness, recipes and more! A fitness professional with a dance background, Rosie's high energy post-natal bootcamps, Ballet classes and private sessions in SW London will motivate and inspire. A pre and post-natal exercise specialist who understands firsthand the changes that the body goes through in childbirth, Rosie will guide you towards your fitness goals with patience, expertise and passion. IMG_0666.jpg ABOUT ROSIE I trained in London as a dancer and subsequently performed, taught and choreographed shows in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia and the USA. Whilst living in New York I developed my passion for fitness by qualifying as a Personal Trainer and choosing to specialise in pre and post-natal fitness, working at the exclusive Equinox Gym. Alongside caring for my daughters, I aim to empower women to use their bodies to give them strength and energy throughout their pregnancy and childbirth. In the postpartum period I educate women on the changes their bodies have gone through, how to safely exercise, and encourage them to find confidence and balance in this mentally and physically challenging time. I believe that to be a yoga teacher takes courage, humility, strength, integrity and knowledge but above all love for yourself and and a passion to serve the collective. I empower women by teaching them yogic techniques that they can then share with others. I listen to and guide women and help them find their purpose in life. I lead women to connect to themselves and others on a conscious level, promoting self love and self acceptance. I support and build community through women’s circles with emphasis on ritual and ceremony to life. My offerings are both online and in-person and include yoga teacher training, yoga classes, mentoring and life coaching. I am a registered Yoga Alliance and Yoga Detour Instructor I am from Halifax, UK and live at Yoga Beach House in France where I host my retreats, trainings and workshops with business partner, best friend and husband James (who is also a yoga teacher, relationship coach and retreat chef).
