Carole originally trained in Therapeutic Massage and Clinical Aromatherapy with the Association of Natural Medicine in 1993. She has worked with local GP surgeries and in the local hospital offering complementary services to pregnant women and baby massage classes. In 1997 she trained in Neuroskeletal Re-Alignment Therapy in Australia. She gained her teacher training qualification in 1996 and has been teaching since, including 10 years at at Adult College in London. She has trained in various other therapies over the years and kept her knowledge updated constantly. She has written many national qualifications at HE and FE level. She is a Founding Member of Complementary Health Professionals, a Fellow of the Association of Natural Medicine and an Honorary Member of the International Federation of Aromatherapists. Carole also sits on the General Massage Therapy Council for CHP. About Dan Stephens FCHP, FFHT, MAoR, CNHC Registered Dan started his training in 2007 with VTCT in complementary therapies and then completed his reiki training in 2010. He has since further enhanced his knowledge, studying advanced aromatherapy and advanced massage as well as qualifying in Neuroskeletal Re-alignment Therapy and Crystal Healing Therapy. In 2018, Dan graduated to teach complementary therapies and has been working with Carole. Dan is also the Reiki Officer for Complementary Health Professionals and sits on the UK Reiki Council. Dan wrote the first UK accredited course on CBD for therapists. He is a Fellow of Complementary Health Professionals, a Fellow of the Federation for Holistic Therapists, a member of the Association of Reflexologists and is registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council for aromatherapy, massage, reflexology and reiki.

I have been teaching yoga and body based therapies for over 10 years. I am insured and registered as a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals. I mainly works with groups in a class or workshop setting as well as with privates clients from my home studio. My one to one yoga sessions can help you to develop a personal practice that works more deeply than if you were to join a class. I structure it specifically for your personal needs. I get to closely recognise, talk to and understand the anatomy, movement and postural habits and patterns of each individual.  I work relationally, holistically and intuitively to begin the process of unravelling and resetting old pattern with-in the body, especially focusing on the ones that aren’t serving my client well . I always love witnessing the integration process that begins with movement and breath awareness.   My work reaches out to a broad range of people including people suffering with physical ailments such as; physical tension, pain, general wear and tear, injury and mis-alignment, as well as working alongside clients suffering with mental health issues such as anxiety, stress, insomnia, depression, trauma…  My therapeutic approach integrates many tools and resources which help aid the healing process for both the mind (Cognitive) & body (Somatic) in a profound way. Many people carry traumatic experiences in their body which can have a detrimental effect on their quality of life and wellbeing.  Trauma has many characteristics; anxiety, stress, anger, physical pain, insomnia, panic attacks, depression and other physical and mental depilating illnesses.  I teach the art of embodiment and Interoceptive awareness to help create a new map, a new experience for her clients – releasing old patterns that may be getting in the way of them having a “better life”. Think of it as a ‘new life map’!

a-jing Ch’uan Internal Chinese Boxing School was founded in 2002 by Nasser Butt - Senior Instructor and student of Erle Montaigue (Masters Degree, China). Our aim is simple: To reintroduce the destructive power of Martial Taijiquan ( Tai Chi Chuan ) as its founders intended it to be - for combat, alongside Baguazhang and Xingyiquan and other traditional Chinese Kung Fu Systems. Our methods are simple and realistic, yet, brutally effective! Powered by fa-jing (explosive energy), the motor of the internal arts and utilising our knowledge of Dim-Mak, inherent within the system, we learn how to repeatedly attack the most vulnerable points of the human body to devastating effect! From day one we learn about distance, timing, balance, co-ordination and natural body movement, through a myriad of single and two person drills, as well as the classical forms. We learn how to gain and develop fa-jing over a short distance, as well as how to access and utilise our reptilian brain in order to survive. Through hard training we develop an understanding of the martial principles “hidden” behind the forms as opposed to learning “exotic” techniques, which can and will lose you fights! That's why a majority of martial artists fail against good street fighters! Techniques are for the dojo... behind every technique is an underlying principle, it is this that one needs to absorb, after which the technique becomes redundant! Most martial artists, unfortunately, never get beyond the technique! If one understands the principles, thoroughly, then they will no longer have the need to remember techniques as the body will move instinctively and deal with the threat appropriately. By preparing the body for combat, we become healthier, physically and mentally, as well as internally and externally. This is how the legendary healing powers of Taijiquan ( Tai Chi chuan ) can be achieved.

Judit has been refining her bodywork skills for many years, practicing in Sydney and London before relocating to Devon in 2015. She is a qualified Feldenkrais practitioner, Remedial massage therapist, a trainee JKA practitioner for children and trainee Hakomi practitioner. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE She spent four years as a senior massage therapist at City Sports Massage consolidating her skills in a busy clinic setting in central London, before developing her interest in movement and somatic awareness as a student of the Feldenkrais Method. Judit is a qualified Feldenkrais practitioner. She offers group Awareness Through Movement classes and individual Functional Integration lessons. Adding to her skill set and passion of working with children with developmental challenges, Judit is currently training in the JKA for children. She has also spent the past five years broadening her reach as a student of the Hakomi Method – facilitating body centred assisted self-study in mindfulness. PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE The focus is on facilitating the relief of pain, tension and stress and improving physical movement and function to create feelings of ease and well-being. It was a question I asked myself a hundred times a day once I had made the decision to leave my marriage. Many things flashed before my mind - child, money, work, ME. I had great family and some good friends but I was still very lost and emotional, yet in possibly one of the worst times of my life I needed to make life-changing decisions about my future. It wasn’t easy. In fact at times it was almost unbearable, Police were involved, solicitors, mediators, the works. It was heart breaking, and complicated and I felt like I was poking around in the dark a lot of the time, but I came out the other side still in one piece, feeling positive and strenghthened by what I had been through with the help of a coach. It wasn't just during the divorce that I needed a coach...I mean what did the life of a single lady look like? I had a toddler, a house, and a business and again I was lost, whilst stronger and more resilient than ever before I wanted a new chapter to start, and working with my Coach my life changed. I am an NLP practitioner, Reiki Master and have a diploma in counselling. From 2006 I grew a coaching and healing business based in Bristol and then decided to niche into Divorce Coaching as there wasn’t anything like that available in my area. And here I am. I offer 1:1 coaching sessions and workshops, and for clients who want it I provide a service that runs alongside with their solicitor so that they are focussed and ready when they arrive and can make clear and well informed decisions.
