My background is as an Employment Manager for Department for Working Pensions. My role was to source and develop large accounts that my target audience, being the Long Term Unemployed could potentially fulfil with a movement into work. I stayed in this role for nearly 14 years and in between working fulltime I became a Mum to Non-Identical twin boys who have kept me very busy and very broke…. I actively take part in running and have been fortunate to complete many full Marathons along the way. I joined Livewell Group in April 2020 and if I’m honest it’s been like a baptism of fire due to Corona Virus, but you couldn’t want to work for a better company or work with a better team. They all have these strong values around helping, supporting and caring for people.

We believe that our students are best served by achieving the highest possible examination outcomes as these have currency as they progress into the wider world and as such we strive to ensure that the curriculum meets the needs of all our students. However, outcomes are not the whole picture. Of equal importance are social, personal, and employability skills, all essential in being able to thrive in the wider world.
