weston mill community primary academy
We are a thriving school with a Foundation Unit, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2,
catering for approximately 350 pupils, aged 3+ to 11+. Weston Mill has a
community spirit and the school upholds a family ethos, encouraging pupils to
support each other in all aspects of life. We employ a range of professionals to
ensure that the learning needs of all of our pupils are met. Weston Mill
provides a democratic place of learning that embraces individuality, tolerance
and an acceptance of each other. All members of our community accept and adhere
to our school expectations and work together to ensure that all our pupils
become productive members of our society. To ensure that the school develops
effective learning strategies and is a caring environment in which children
enjoy learning, parents, teachers, children and governors work together. We are
fortunate to have a very caring staff throughout the school and if at any time
you need to discuss anything with your child's teacher or with the Senior team,
there is always someone on hand to talk to. Our academic results are either
in-line or above those nationally, and the progress for the pupils attending our
school make significantly more progress than those across the country. We are a
caring and supportive school that continues to improve year-on-year ensuring
that all children achieve their potential. If you would like to find out more
about us then please call the school office.
