started as an organisation to create awareness about the underutilisation and
high unemployment amongst skilled immigrants in Norway. Now, the company has
evolved into being an integral part of the solution by leveraging digital
technology and stakeholders engagement, accelerating the integration of skilled
immigrants in Norway. This is because there is much to be gained, individually
and collectively, when skilled immigrants are able to contribute intellectually
and economically to the Norwegian society. The relatively rapid growth of our
organisation is thanks to the values of courage, innovation and collaboration,
which drive our every action.
